Michael, we are disappointed your father's experience here fell short of your expectations and ours. He did mention in his call with our service manager that he appreciated the follow up and we do hope that we can continue to work with him in the future. We have coached our staff member on proper followup processes and professional interaction at all times. We apologize for the poor customer service. Thank you for the feedback which enables us to get better each day.
