Wilde East Towne Honda - Service Center

Called Wilde East Towne Honda to schedule oil change and tire rotation on 9/20/2022 for my CR-V. Made an appointment for 9 a.m. the next day and she said it would take 45 minutes to an hour. I arrived at my appointment about 10 minutes early, got right in (no wait), filled out information and left it with service advisor Coley Kuntz. She said she would get me when it was ready. At 10:10, Coley hadn’t come out, so I went to the Service Cashier Kenzie Haas (Stephanie Zimmerman was also there) and asked what was taking to long. She said I should go into the service are and speak with Coley. I did and she said she will check and she had it down that it should be done at 10:15. 10:15 came and went and at about 10:25 I went back to Coley and she said it was still being worked on. Then I went back to the service cashier and Kenzi said she could get the service manager Chris Niemiec. Chris came and said he will be checking on it. Chris came back at about 10:35 and said it was still being worked on, with no explanation why. I asked why and he said that is just how long it takes for a normal oil change and tire rotation. I said, come on, it should be only about 45 minutes. He said it was on the hoist now. I said on the hoist now, more than an hour and a half after my appointment. I asked if it was mismarked as a pick up and he said definitely not that it was marked as waiting. He kept telling me the same information over and over again, smiling and smirking. Smirking was noted when he looked over me it appeared to be at someone behind me. He was so condescending in the whole matter and then he tried to mansplain to me about what appointments were. He said, you know like when you go to your doctors office. I stopped him and said may doctors are on time, if they are not, they tell me they are running late. All I wanted was to know the truth about why it takes that long for that service. Chris said right now Oil change/tire rotation is at 3 hour wait. He said, I don’t know what you want from me, I won’t smile even though they tell me to when I am talking to a customer. I said, smile is one thing, you are smirking. He was acting like a teenager who wasn’t getting the results he wanted. So I said, what are you 16, that’s they way you are acting. He said I don’t know what you want, I have apologized. I said I want the truth and he did not apologize. I finally got my car at about 10:55. Coley was so busy she asked if she could mail the documents to me and I said yes. I got to the car and noticed there was a vibration in the doors. I went back in and had Austin Rankin was able to add that to my service record. At this time, I overheard what the real reason was and Chris was not being truthful. More

Oil change was fine, like always. However, this appointment was also for a recall item, and I wanted to get them both done at the same time since I live a long distance away. When I made the appointment, I specifically asked if the part would be on hand, and I was assured it would be. Unfortunately to my dismay, I was told they didn't have the part when I showed up for my appointment. This is unacceptable! I was very forward with checking on the availability of the recall product! Why was it not in place like I was assured? Now I have to waste time and fuel for a return trip to the dealership! More

Actually continuance of of an established relationship a few cars back. We discussed the reason for the service visit, pricing, any questions, concerns or additional options. 3) The comfortable waiting area with a friendly hello to the fish. A chance to read a few pages. 4) Of course the actual service. Thorough attention to detail and professionally completed in a very timely fashion. 5) The post service exit interview. Val again excels here. Never any rush. The easy to read multi point inspection is presented. Then Val reviewed not just the present service but also foreshadowed what would be coming when the next maintenance minder wrench appears. Again an opportunity for questions and concerns. Val explains any mechanical/technical aspects of car maintenance in a gentle conversation to leave even little old ladies like me with new knowledge and information. 6) overall experience with Wilde East Towne Honda Service Dept. an encore star for friendliness, respect, and of course professional service so that Tori will continue to provide a comfortable, safe, economical and ecological ride for me now and for years to come. Had to have an emergency tire replacement during a multi-state road trip. It was also a nice bonus that the dealership was incredibly dog friendly, which helped with the stress as we were travelling with our puppy. More

He went above and beyond what was expected and exceeded what was necessary to ensure we had a positive experience. I have been a long time Wilde customer and this encounter reinforced what I have always known. The experience with Darius made my son a believer in Wilde too. MY Honda CR-V neeeded a timing chain and it was Saturday. Where do you go on a Saturday, everyone is closed. My son called and talked to Mikaila and she said bring it right in and we'll look at it. They started working on it on Monday, gave me another CR-V loner, and I had my car back in two days. I asked they go over everything and replace wires and plugs too as I had almost 200K miles on it. When I looked over my bill I saw they didn't replace the wires and I questioned it. After talking to Mikaila she said it didn't need wires. I was very happy to realize how honest they are. I can't say enough about Mikaila! She was so pleasant and easy to work with. She covered all my concerns and kept me up to date as to when my Honda would be finished. I will definitely be going back to them when I need more work done and I will be asking for Mikaila. She's an asset to his company and I hope they realize that. Kudos Mikaila!!! More
