Service used to be great pre COVID. Post COVID service is very poor. Simple things like patching a tire or an oil change/tire rotation took 3+ hours! The service received was great. The person who checked us in was friendly and kept us informed. But your Sales Department is something to be desired. While waiting for our truck to be serviced we looked at the only vehicle on the floor. Our intention soon is to trade in our Ridgeline. Not one person on the sales floor approached us so we went outside and looked at vehicles. And there again noone approached us to help us. We then sat and waited for service to be done. When we received the bill we were directed to a person, who directed us to another person, who directed us to the receptionist. She was very pleasant and apologized for the confusion. My husband mentioned about no sales help and she said she noticed we were ignored. I told her we would have liked information on a vehicle but were not going to beg a salesman for help. I told the receptionist to mention this to her supervisor. We drove across town to have service done cause we originally bought our vehicle there and most of our setvice has been done there in the past. Wilde has just lost a customer. We will not be back. Called Wilde East Towne Honda to schedule oil change and tire rotation on 9/20/2022 for my CR-V. Made an appointment for 9 a.m. the next day and she said it would take 45 minutes to an hour. I arrived tire rotation on 9/20/2022 for my CR-V. Made an appointment for 9 a.m. the next day and she said it would take 45 minutes to an hour. I arrived at my appointment about 10 minutes early, got right in (no wait), filled out information and left it with service advisor Coley Kuntz. She said she would get me when it was ready. At 10:10, Coley hadn’t come out, so I went to the Service Cashier Kenzie Haas (Stephanie Zimmerman was also there) and asked what was taking to long. She said I should go into the service are and speak with Coley. I did and she said she will check and she had it down that it should be done at 10:15. 10:15 came and went and at about 10:25 I went back to Coley and she said it was still being worked on. Then I went back to the service cashier and Kenzi said she could get the service manager Chris Niemiec. Chris came and said he will be checking on it. Chris came back at about 10:35 and said it was still being worked on, with no explanation why. I asked why and he said that is just how long it takes for a normal oil change and tire rotation. I said, come on, it should be only about 45 minutes. He said it was on the hoist now. I said on the hoist now, more than an hour and a half after my appointment. I asked if it was mismarked as a pick up and he said definitely not that it was marked as waiting. He kept telling me the same information over and over again, smiling and smirking. Smirking was noted when he looked over me it appeared to be at someone behind me. He was so condescending in the whole matter and then he tried to mansplain to me about what appointments were. He said, you know like when you go to your doctors office. I stopped him and said may doctors are on time, if they are not, they tell me they are running late. All I wanted was to know the truth about why it takes that long for that service. Chris said right now Oil change/tire rotation is at 3 hour wait. He said, I don’t know what you want from me, I won’t smile even though they tell me to when I am talking to a customer. I said, smile is one thing, you are smirking. He was acting like a teenager who wasn’t getting the results he wanted. So I said, what are you 16, that’s they way you are acting. He said I don’t know what you want, I have apologized. I said I want the truth and he did not apologize. I finally got my car at about 10:55. Coley was so busy she asked if she could mail the documents to me and I said yes. I got to the car and noticed there was a vibration in the doors. I went back in and had Austin Rankin was able to add that to my service record. At this time, I overheard what the real reason was and Chris was not being truthful. More
Oil change was fine, like always. However, this appointment was also for a recall item, and I wanted to get them both done at the same time since I live a long distance away. When I made the appointment, I specifically asked if the part would be on hand, and I was assured it would be. Unfortunately to my dismay, I was told they didn't have the part when I showed up for my appointment. This is unacceptable! I was very forward with checking on the availability of the recall product! Why was it not in place like I was assured? Now I have to waste time and fuel for a return trip to the dealership! More
