Minutes later, another customer showed up as his desk. When Darius finally arrived at his desk, he told me to wait while he worked the person who came after me. While he was helping her, another customer brought his car in and Darius jumped up to go help him. So now Darius has 3 deep at his desk. After about 10 mins, I went to another desk to see if they could get my car checked in. Apparently, they work on commission and Darius was grabbing every customer that came in and made them wait when another service tech could have helped me and the others out. I’ll go back since I have a lease and it’s free service, but I will avoid him at all cost! More

The man said no thanks, won't be a bother. A few minutes later the technician came back and, maybe accidentally, mentioned that the debris had only gotten into that compartment because of something they had moved out of the way in the process of their other maintenance and they really wanted to get the debris out for him so they'd do it for free but it'd be a few more minutes. So, re: they tried to screw the guy out of $80 for a problem they caused and didn't admit up front. Surprise to no one: these guys just like everyone else, will try to screw you out of a few bucks. You became distraught and had to run to get your manager, who I also informed was "dishonest". Why would I, the customer, do such a thing? Because you are, in fact, dishonest. The fraud attempt to sucker me into a oil leak repair, caused by your fraud mechanic, Austin Rankin, failed, but since Honda Wilde cares more about YOUR feelings instead of me, the customer, just wanted to make sure you healing after such a traumatic incident. Take care, Steve. More
Do you believe in "coincidences"? All of this is after my oil change, NOT before. I spent a week playing email and phone tag to be told to bring my vehicle in today and they will "take care of it". Well, take care of it meant a very expensive estimate to fix the steady oil leak that was accidentally/deliberately caused during the oil change. The final response from management: its a coincidence, and they do not give away free repairs. I am not asking for a free repair, I am asking for the damage caused by Austin Rankin (likely intentional) to be corrected. They got $68 out of me, but I am not fool enough to believe in this "coincidence". Hope it was worth it, Wilde East Towne staff. More
Greetings, Austin! Hope messing with the oil plug during my oil change was worth it. I do not believe in coincidences, and the large oil puddles in my driveway, that were not there prior to your oil change, are proof something happened during the oil change. Management informs me there are cameras but do not record actual work by the mechanics (why even have cameras, then?) Bet you thought the expensive repair was in the bag, but I am not fool enough to believe in this "coincidence". Enjoy the $68 for the oil change because that is all this scam shop is getting out of me. I intend to inform as many mechanics in my area that I can what a fraud you are. More

Extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the service department. I've recently brought my car in twice for service and experienced less than ideal service. 1st interaction - Tire rotate and balance. Some how the total was over $200 dollars because they don't have a "menu" price for a balance and rotate. This dealership will charge you for both which amounts to a rip-off for the customer. They essentially are double charging for the same service and not compensating the consumer for the overlap of tasks the technician performs. Not to mention, the tires were not balanced and cleaned as I asked the service writer to do. Why listen to the customer? Just rip them off must be their motto? 2nd interaction - Vehicle won't crank. After getting a jumpstart and getting the vehicle to the dealership I talked to Jacob Franz (don't use this guy, avoid him if possible). He immediately asked if I wanted to "shotgun" a battery into the vehicle. As the customer, I had no idea what he was talking about, I have a certified used vehicle and was hoping a skilled technician would be able to evaluate the vehicle condition and recommend a proper repair. However, Jacob Franz seemed not too happy I said, 'no" to him and requested proper diagnosis on my vehicle. Afterall - it's under warranty. Jacob proceeded to tell me how much this may cost if I have a technician look at the vehicle, when I replied once again, "it's under warranty, what am I paying for?" He then said I don't see that it's under warranty - however, his computer screen right in front of him said - "this vehicle is still under warranty until xxx miles." So, after going back and forth and pissing me off quite frankly, he went and asked the service manager for assistance in which the service manager stated the obvious to his undertrained employee, that yes, the vehicle is still under warranty. Con't - so I get the vehicle into the shop and get a call from a different service advisor the following day stating the the systems do check out well, however, you will need a new battery installed in the vehicle. I asked the price and was quoted close to $300 dollars. Sure, fine, a battery and labor will empty our wallets these days, but hey - the dealer owner needs a new boat I guess? Here is the bad deal - I pick up the vehicle and see the battery cost and labor along with a third charge for $21.75. This is where dealerships get the "stealership" name. This charge was for a battery "cleaning" kit that was charged to me, however not disclosed as an up charge. Little did they know I'm a longtime ASE certified tech myself, however, no longer work in industry. Why do I point his out, well because I clean my own battery terminals. This $22 charge was unwarranted and fraudulent. The vehicle is under a factory warranty and this "kit" was not originally installed from the factory. If so, it should have been included with the battery. I hope the dealership will return this money to me prior to any escalation. I'll return to the site an complete a follow-up review. More
