We have been looking for a new car for a few months. We have been looking for a new car for a few months. After reading Consumer Reports and talking to Honda owners, we decided to visit Wilde. Curt Carney was very friendly and helpful, but not aggressive. We appreciated that. After test driving the car, we were very pleased with the CRV. Curt showed some of the many features that were of interest to us. Dawn was helpful too. After comparing the cost with the Subaru Outback, we decided on the CRV. We currently own an Subaru and plan to keep it for several years. Hopefully the CRV will exceed our expectations. More
Our experience in purchasing a new vehicle was both exceptionally 'great' and excessively 'irritating'. Our salesman, Allen, was phenomenal! He met with us and took our phone calls several times over exceptionally 'great' and excessively 'irritating'. Our salesman, Allen, was phenomenal! He met with us and took our phone calls several times over a 2-week period. He also explained features clearly, was not the least bit 'pushy' (which we detest), and was professional and pleasant at all times. However, the day we took one last test drive and made a choice between the three vehicles we had been interested in, it was around 4 or 4:15pm by the time a price was agreed upon. Then, the dealership seemed dismayed that we did not wish to just make a down payment and come back another day to complete the deal, while (since we were not financing the deal) we were adament that we wanted a 'done deal' before we left (with our schedules, it is difficult for both of us to be present at the same time.) Unfortunately, we then had to wait and wait AND WAIT for the paperwork to be drawn up and Peter to meet with us to 'complete' the process--which included going over all the paperwork (GOOD) and trying to sell us extended warranties/coverages (to the tune of $1000+) that we had immediately stated we were not interested in purchasing (BAD). While I understand that is part of his 'job', he simply didn't seem to want to take 'no' for an answer and continued to explain each different variation of coverages in great detail. That caused us to become very irritated with that part of the process which kept us there until after 6pm. Needless-to-say, by that time we were tired, hungry and pretty disgusted with the place. So, while they sell a superior product and the salesmen are great (at least ours was), unless the dealership gets their 'back room' in better shape, be prepared for a l-o-n-g process! More

I called Wilde East Towne Honda for a service-related issue, and I was encouraged to bring the vehicle in as soon as possible. Upon arriving to their service department, Mike the service manager immediat issue, and I was encouraged to bring the vehicle in as soon as possible. Upon arriving to their service department, Mike the service manager immediately recalled the details of our phone conversation. Although they knew I was coming in 'sometime in the afternoon', I received exemplary service without delay. There were 2-3 people inspecting various things on my vehicle in no time - all I had to do is pull up to the service door of their heated garage. I didn't set foot outside until they arranged for their staff driver to shuttle me back home. Overall great experience - this is customer service at its best. More
I came into the Wilde East Towne Honda Dealership in 12/12/12 because I received a mailing to tour the new facility. I was immediately greeted by a receptionist who introduced herself and warmly welcomed me to the establishment. She proceeded to walk me around and show me all the wonderful areas inside the dealer ship and told me a brief history. She even offered me coffee. At other area dealerships I have been too, normally the reception staff just points you in the direction you need to go and continues with what they were doing. I was pleasantly surprised and felt compelled to write a review about this company. Welcome to the area, Wilde East Towne Honda! I look forward to coming back! More

Upon arrival, we immediately were impressed with the level of service, friendliness, and empathy we received. Unfortunately, though, our car needed extensive engine repairs. I can't speak highly enough of how helpful Mr. Spellman was during this difficult situation. Not only did the staff at Wilde East Towne Honda help us secure a rental car to continue on our journey but also helped ensure that the necessary paperwork was completed in order to authorize the needed repairs from Honda. During the entire process, I was continually updated on the progress of my vehicle. I never write reviews but felt compelled as the level of service provided far exceeded anything I ever could have expected. A big thank you to Mr Spellman and the staff of this dealership for putting customers first! More
My wife and I brought our Honda Civic to your service department this afternoon for a battery inspection. We were astounded by the customer service that we received. We were greeted warmly by a service representative and within seconds had someone looking at our car. Cheryl was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. She quoted us for a Honda battery, but after realizing that there wouldn't be one available until next week, she located and ordered an after-market battery which was installed within the time and price that she had initially given us. Not only that, but she updated us several times on the progress. While waiting in the waiting area, one of your employees noticed a woman in a wheelchair preparing to leave the room. He crossed the room, going well out of his way, to open the door for her. We just moved to the area and this was our first need for vehicle service. We have two Honda Civics and you can be assured that due to the superior customer service that we received today, you have our business for the next several years. Thank you. More
