My 2000 Olds Intrigue all of a sudden died, and I was forced back into the car buying market. I searched the internet and came upon Wilde East Town Honda. After reading the free CarFax report on a pre- forced back into the car buying market. I searched the internet and came upon Wilde East Town Honda. After reading the free CarFax report on a pre-owned Chrysler Sebring Sedan [Touring Edition] I went into the dealers for a test drive. After the test drive I decided to make the purchase. I got a great deal on my car which had one original owner, and relatively low mileage; and, I got it for an online price quote which was less than the price quote at the dealer. Jerry Ortega, Peter Bothe, [Ann Henderson] thanks to all of you for making my entire car buying experience special and dauntless. It is my opinion the reason that Wilde East Town Honda is a 5 star business is because of Great Customer Service, Great Deals and Great Employees! More

We had an awfully good experience dealing with Wilde East Town and Todd Neilson in particular. I had read reviews that claimed that Wilde was a different sort of car buying experience, without the hustle and Town and Todd Neilson in particular. I had read reviews that claimed that Wilde was a different sort of car buying experience, without the hustle and hype that is common to the industry, and frankly, that's what convinced us that it would be worth driving all the way across town to check them out. It was. They got us exactly the car we had in mind within a day, and at a lower price than any other dealers in the area had quoted. The facility at Wilde is bright and beautiful, the attitude of everyone we dealt with was friendly and low-pressure and you really get the feeling that they genuinely want to help you get the most for your money and the car you want. We are very satisfied, both with our new Ridgeline and with the experience we had at Wilde. More

Had some service done through a different person there and was not happy but Cheryl turned my experience totally around and made me happy, not only with the Customer Service, but with the entire service and was not happy but Cheryl turned my experience totally around and made me happy, not only with the Customer Service, but with the entire service experience. She is the example of what customer service should be. Checking with the customer during the process, making sure all items are corrected to the customers liking, and checking again after the service is done to be sure all is well. I don't know what kind of reward program is there for excellent customer service but Cheryl deserves it!!!!! More

However, I may now be over insured with payment larger than I had initially intended but feel confident I have a very trustworthy and reliable vehicle that will last me for possibly the remaining years of driving. All in all, it was a very valuable experience. More
