We are from MN and found the car we liked on line. When we discussed it with Rustyn on the phone, he was very helpful in checking out every detail we inquired about the car. When we arrived and took our test drive Rustyn was very knowledgeable about the details of the vehicle, even though it was a used Toyota and they are a Honda Dealer. He even brought his own I Pod with an adapter to show us how we could hook it up in this car. Rustyn & Shawn made sure the cruise control we asked for was installed before we arrived so we wouldn't have to wait, just "trusting" that we would like the car! Rustyn did not put excessive pressure on us to buy before we were 100% ready, like a lot of car dealerships will. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and personable. (The car we bought is great, too!) In a few years when we are looking to replace our other car, we will go back to Rustyn. More
