I gave a lower rating on price because when I was initially at the dealership they gave me a price on the vehicle very helpful and easy to contact. I gave a lower rating on price because when I was initially at the dealership they gave me a price on the vehicle I eventually purchased, and then when I came back a couple days later they did not honor the price that was given to me initially and bumped it up slightly based on a prospective customer coming in the next day that claimed they were willing to pay the higher price. Made me a little grumpy. I also had the experience of discovering several chips in my windshield a couple days after purchasing the vehicle. Shawn reviewed the concern and will graciously replace the windshield. The process was smooth, and very satisfactory. More

This trend continued throughout my visit with the dealership ---> everyone speaks to you as if you've known each other for ages, and it's in a manner that makes you comfortable, trusting, and not pressured to make a decision on the spot. I took a test drive with the sales consultant, Katie Martinson, who was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and making sure it was the right car for me. While in the office working on the paperwork to finalize the sale, the surrounding employees and assistant manager, Shawn Stittleburg, smiled and greeted me as they passed....again, making me feel at ease and confident that this is the dealership from which I'd like to make such a significant purchase. Finally, I was assisted by business manager, Peter Bothe, who walked me through everything I needed to know before signing on the dotted line. Amanda, Katie, Shawn, Peter and the rest of the Wilde East Towne Honda staff are the reason I left the dealership with a new vehicle and absolutely no questions or concerns as I drove my vehicle home.
