Made me a little grumpy. I also had the experience of discovering several chips in my windshield a couple days after purchasing the vehicle. While in the office working on the paperwork to finalize the sale, the surrounding employees and assistant manager, Shawn Stittleburg, smiled and greeted me as they passed....again, making me feel at ease and confident that this is the dealership from which I'd like to make such a significant purchase.
