My experience at Wilde was wonderful. I went to a handful of other dealerships in addition to Wilde, but none offered the same friendly no-pressure atmosphere. The buying experience was very good. We negotiated the pricing of the vehicle mainly via email, which took the traditional tension out of the car buying process. The dealership was very friendly, and both Justin and Pepe were great. Once the paperwork was completed, the car was available immediately and off we went with a happy smile. No regrets! The only improvement I could see in the process was that the overhead of paperwork. All car dealers are too slow in this area. There should be an online process to work the pre-approvals so that a buyer can walk in and have 50-75% of the paperwork completed already. The closing time was still 3+ hours, which is not very time efficient or desirable as a buyer. It would be nice to have it cut to an hour or so. More
