A beautiful, attractive, new dealership. Potential to be outstanding, but lots of bugs to be worked out. As a loyal past Wilde/Honda customer, I thought the process would be smoother. Pleasantly greeted by Todd, Expressed specific interest in leasing a 2013 Honda Civic. Had a pristine, single owner very low mileage, 21,000, 2010 Odyssey (Wilde Lease) to turn in. Also, had a Honda "Preferred Customer Letter" acknowledging my great credit history with Honda Finance. Within the first hour, Arrived a a "new" vehicle decision quickly. We had researched the 2013 Civic well and knew what we wanted. Took a short test drive. Spent lots of time waiting for an offer. Struck by the fact that no one had even looked at the 2010 Odyssey . . . after 3 hours in the dealership. Finally after 1:00 PM and absurd offer was made $2000+ down $179 per month. Still no one had assessed my 2010 Odyssey. Decided to walk. Then, Manager, Eric became involved. Made a counter offer which I rejected. I said I wanted it at $169. with no money down. Then, Eric took a look at the 2010 Odyssey and agreed. Spent a long time waiting for paperwork and financial check, despite the "good guy" letter from Honda Finance and my past Wilde Honda experience. Todd was very pleasant and wasn't required to "sell," as we had researched and were very familiar with Honda. The delays seemed outside of his ability to impact. Expression of time concern,"clock's ticking, should we go to lunch" seemed to be ignored. During our wait, Wilde seemed to be aware that the process was moving very slowly. Other folks stopped by to "chat/stall." Once Kevin came out with the paperwork, things went quickly and well. Kevin is very experienced and highly competent. He was straight forward and honest. He was not pushey in selling related products. It was well after 3:00 PM when we concluded. Because of the cold weather, I asked if we could pull the Odyssey into the service bay to transfer "stuff." The service bay was not busy, nor crowded at 3:00+PM. My request apparently didn't register. Again, in time, Wilde East Towne Honda will get the bugs worked out. It was obvious that there are many fine employees. Their service department seems cutting edge. However, It shouldn't be necessary to threaten to "walk" to get an acceptable offer. My vehicle, the Osyssey, should have been looked at early on as it did impact Wilde's offer. The process shouldn't take 5+ hours. Signing an offer sheet, going to lunch, and returning to complete paperwork would have been a better alternative. More

Our plan to "just look" and see what kind of deal we could get on a CR-V----ended up just GREAT. We were met with courteous and friendly staff. Ben Haferman was my main salesman during my car buying experience. To put it simply, he was phenomenal. He wasn't pushy, was quite friendly and easy to talk to, was honest with me, and made my experienc experience. To put it simply, he was phenomenal. Obviously, buying a car isnt the quickest process, but Mr. Haferman made the whole thing relatively simple. I could not have asked for a better salesperson to help me out. He answered all questions I had, did the research necessary, was efficient, and easy to talk to. I do not have a single negative thing to say about Ben Haferman, and would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. Mr. Stittleburg was also a pleasure to work with, he was friendly and honest with me. I didn't care for the manager, Peter W., thankfully Ben and Shawn more than made up for that. Overall, Wilde East Town Honda was great. A nice looking, clean dealership, with some phenomenal employees (Ben and Shawn), and I'm quite pleased with my purchase and the process of making the purchase. More

They took extra considerations after our purchase was completed to ensure our satisfaction. We look forward to buying our next vehicle from this dealership. I had been to this dealership I traded in my 2012 Honda and bought a new 2013 Honda and I was really impressed with the way the dealership treats their customers. I worked with Eric H. and John B. and they and bought a new 2013 Honda and I was really impressed with the way the dealership treats their customers. I worked with Eric H. and John B. and they were really great in serving their customers. Eric not only gave me a great deal on my trade in but also have me a very good and competitive price on the new one. I recommend Eric to few of my other friends and they also had wonderful experience working with Eric. I would recommend this place to anyone without any doubts in my mind. I had also been to Zimbrick pn west side but found Wilde and specially Eric and John much more professional and respectful and treat their customers very well. More
