The buying experience was very good. We negotiated the pricing of the vehicle mainly via email, which took the traditional tension out of the car buying process. The dealership was very friendly, and both Justin and Pepe were great. Once the paperwork was completed, the car was available immediately and off we went with a happy smile. No regrets! The only improvement I could see in the process was that the overhead of paperwork. All car dealers are too slow in this area. There should be an online process to work the pre-approvals so that a buyer can walk in and have 50-75% of the paperwork completed already. The closing time was still 3+ hours, which is not very time efficient or desirable as a buyer. It would be nice to have it cut to an hour or so. More

I went to Wilde, as I had a bad experience with a vehicle purchase with Zimbrick along with my parents a few years ago. Allen Kapugi approached us in the parking lot on a very very hot day. The rep we were told to see was out for the week, a new car rep helped us, said he didn't know of anything on the lot but would call me. He did that night and gave me some options. We went and I was given Landon Frenz as my used car rep. He was very personable, helpful and understood what I was looking for. He wasn't pushy at all. He had answers to questions, and if he didn't he got answers. We test drove a couple cars for comfort and ease of manuevering. Our daughter is 5 foot and wanted to be close to steering wheel, see over the hood and not feel like she was driving a boat, but not a small compact car - wanted to feel safe. On the other side, over the summer our son who is 6'1" was also going to be driving it and wanted to feel comfortable in it. The Kia fit them both; I enjoy driving it too. It seemed to be everything we were looking for - low miles, under 10k, and dependable. I had questioned the brakes when stopping quickly, they were checked for us; the vehicle was washed, and a full tank of gas was there waiting when we went to purchase it. I would say my only downfall was it took too long when purchasing the vehicle - over 2 hours I was at the dealership. I would recommend Landon Frenz and Honda East Towne Honda! More

He was friendly, honest, helpful and totally respectful of our wishes and we truly appreciated working with Landon on the sale. Jose was prompt in getting back to me after expressing interest in a few vehicles. Upon meeting he was courteous, polite, and accommodating. Beyond the selected vehicles I was there to see, Jose even produced another option he thought I might be interested in. Subsequently, that was the very vehicle I ended up purchasing. Jose was very professional and appears to have a good knowledge of vehicles and how to pair them with people. Kevin was also nice to work with. He worked as quickly as possible in procuring my loan and finding the best deal for my interests. Kevin was also reassuring where the levity of buying a vehicle can seem daunting and unnerving. We worked through a lot of information rapidly; the speed of which was both helpful but also gave me the fear I would miss or forget something.
