I was very happy with my experience purchasing a new vehicle at Wilde East Towne Honda. I was not sure if I wanted a CRV or an Accord when I arrived. Pepe took the time to explain all the features of e vehicle at Wilde East Towne Honda. I was not sure if I wanted a CRV or an Accord when I arrived. I was able to test drive both vehicles and in the end I decided to buy a Honda Accord Sport. The facility is very clean, with many comfort features when waiting to have the car serviced. I came to the dealership just to get information on Hondas. I hadn't planned on buying a new car today, although I really needed a new car, but I went home with a 2014 CRV. Kyle in sales was very good about explaining the CRV's features, especially it's safety & dependability which were very important top me. I test drove the CRV & was blown away by its great ride, handling & style. I hadn't known I wanted an SUV until I drove the CRV & then it was love at mile 1 of the test drive! Kyle explained all the features of the car before I drove away, making sure I understood the technology, even setting up the bluetooth phone feature for me. Everything went so smoothly from the sale to closing the deal to having the vehicle ready, sparkling clean with a full tank of gas, for me to drive off in. I smiled all the way home, partly because the CRV is so fun to drive & partly because the experience of buying it was made so easy by the staff of Wilde East Towne Honda! I recently purchased a new 2013 Honda Civic Si from East Towne Honda. Used car salesman Joe Paul helped me out a lot in picking the perfect car for me. When I originally went there I was looking at both an '09 Civic and a '11 CR-Z. After driving them both around I was really debating on which one I wanted; Joe helped me with making this decision quickly (the CR-Z was wayyy too small for my needs). After filling out paperwork for the '09, we ran into some conflicts and Business Manager Peter Bothe did everything he could to help me reasonably get into a new car. My title also had to be signed by someone in Texas, they helped make this process as easy as possible. Because of some issues, I ended up getting the 2013 Honda Civic Si. Needless to say, I love this car and it had everything I needed in a car. I strongly encourage you to check out the Honda brand and a company that proudly boasts its name! I purchased a used 2009 Accord from Wilde Honda Waukesha because the location was closer to home even though Wilde Honda Madison is closer to work. After having the car for one year, the noise from driving because the location was closer to home even though Wilde Honda Madison is closer to work. After having the car for one year, the noise from driving was getting unbearable and the transmission light on the dashboard began flashing. I took the car to Wilde Madison for service and even though I did not purchase the car from them, they provided me a loaner vehicle to use over the weekend till I could have the transmission serviced. Mike had a full inspection done on my vehicle and outlined the potential costs for the alignment being fixed and the tires being replaced due to cupping and unusual wear. The battery also needed to be replaced even though I was told from Wilde Waukesha that it was new when I purchased the car. A couple months later I returned to have my alignment fixed, tires replaced, battery replaced, and transmission fluid flushed. They did all of this service in less than four hours, provided me a shuttle to and from work, and charged less than $600. Everyone I worked with was very professional and polite. They have earned a customer not only for future service but when it comes to buy my next car. More
