I came into the dealership with a specific budget and vehicle model in mind. Todd Neilson was extremely helpful and was very patient. All of my previous vehicles that I have owned have been used, so the prospect of buying a new car with a bit of a higher monthly payment was somewhat intimidating to me, but Todd was very understanding. He made sure that I was completely comfortable with the process, the financing and the vehicle and never pressured me to make a decision. Todd also introduced me to his manager Eric who was also very patient and accommodating. I scheduled an appointment and made the long drive (over 5 hours) to take a look at two specific vehicles. When we arrived, the vehicles were ready and waiting. Shawn, Jerry and Katie were available to answer any questions and get us going on a test drive. Jerry and Katie made sure we had all the information we needed. At no time were we pressured or given the "hard sell". Both vehicles were priced fairly, and we really appreciated the no need to haggle approach. We made our purchase decision, received an excellent financial consultation with Peter Bothe (also no-pressure) and closed the deal - all in 2 hrs. We couldn't be happier with our decision!
