Purchased a 2005 Honda S2000 with 34,000 miles in excellent condition. However, about 25 miles into the drive home I started hearing an intermittent scraping sound coming from the left rear wheel. Wh excellent condition. However, about 25 miles into the drive home I started hearing an intermittent scraping sound coming from the left rear wheel. When I took it back to the dealership they diagnosed it was a bad wheel bearing caused by a leaking grease seal. They replaced the wheel bearing at no charge, which is what I expected. So far, no other problems. The S2000 is an incredibly fun car to drive! More

I had called earlier in the day about test driving a 2010 Honda Civic VP and a 2012 Honda Civic LX. Jerry Ortega was very friendly on the phone, and when I arrived both cars were immediately ready for me to Honda Civic VP and a 2012 Honda Civic LX. Jerry continued to be very informative and personable throughout the whole day and genuinely cared about my needs. He gave me as much time as I needed to examine both cars, and at no point did I feel rushed or pressured into buying quickly. After deciding on the LX, he showed me the CarFax and details regarding the car's previous owner. As a first time buyer, I was happy at how professional yet casual the whole process went. Although I was not able to negotiate a lower price on the vehicle, the price I ended up paying was still actually lower than the Kelly Blue Book value. The same applied to the 2010 Civic VP, which is what initially drew me to Wilde East Towne Honda. However, I was a little upset that they would not honor my pre-approved car loan which I had set up with my bank. Since it was a Saturday and the bank was not open to process the payment, I would have had to wait until Monday to actually lock in the purchase. Despite offering a down-payment, they would not hold the car for me. Ultimately, I had to finance through the dealership if I wanted to guarantee the purchase. This being said, they still managed to get me a decent APR%, and both Jerry and Peter Bothe were extremely helpful in finalizing the deal. Jerry continued to do a followup with me a couple of days later to make sure I was happy with my car, and to insure any minor blemishes on the car were fixed quickly. All in all, I was very impressed with the quality of service and am very happy with my new Civic. As a Milwaukee resident, I definitely recommend considering the hour drive to Wilde East Towne Honda in Madison if you're looking for a nice car and great service! More

The dealership and the majority of the staff that we had contact with were pleasant, however Mike truly exceeded our expectations. After buying many Hondas from different dealerships we have never encountered a salesman like Mike. His personality was refreshing and did not have the typical “car salesman” feel. We most certainly will be buying another Honda within the next ten years and hope that it will be from Wilde Honda; however if Mike has moved to another dealership by then we will go wherever he is in the search for another great experience. I was so worried about having to come up with the money to pay for new front break pads, I figured out the money and brought my car in. Unfortunatly my car ended up needing all 4 pads and all 4 rotors. I was kinda freaking out but I had to get it done. I did not say anything to Mike, but when I came to pick up my car I was lost for words.
