CAM5, first of all we would like to apologize for the minor instances that lead up to your overall experience. Your feedback allows us to continually improve our process. While we would like every experience to be the best possible experience, we understand there will be times we fall short. We look at every shortfall as an opportunity for improvement. From your comments, we had a meeting with our staff to discuss professionalism. We expect our staff to treat our customers, and staff, whether around or not, with dignity and respect. With a certified vehicle you are entitled to several things, some of which you have mentioned, and should have been included with your vehicle. We list some of the benefits of a certified used vehicle on our website, http://www.wildeeasttownehonda.com/custom/why-certified-used-honda. You should have received a valet key with your vehicle, the owners manual, and a free three-month trial period of XM radio. The warranty on a certified used vehicle is 7 years / 100,000 miles from the original owner's date of purchase. It appears there is some confusion about the Honda Certified Used Car warranty coverages. This information is outlined on our website link posted earlier. We have also retrained our staff on the benefits that come with a Honda Certified Used Car. We do have a certified car seat technician that works for us to help with the proper installation of child seats. We have informed our staff that Valerie Rich, in our service department, is a certified car seat technician as a resource for our customers. We have been attempting to contact you about the items we have for you to pick up; owners manual, valet key, and scheduling your repair. We would like to also address the bumper concern when scheduling the scratch repair. While we are disappointed with the experience you have shared with us, we cannot fault you in your review. We take everything that you have stated seriously, and have been actively working on solutions to your concerns.
