Overall a great experience. Of course we would've loved to have gotten more for our trade-in and more off the cost of the vehicle. Who wouldn't? I feel that Wilde East Towne Honda was more than fair loved to have gotten more for our trade-in and more off the cost of the vehicle. Who wouldn't? I feel that Wilde East Towne Honda was more than fair with the purchase price and with the trade in. There was a scratch on the side of the vehicle that was to be fixed and blended in. I was told, in advance of me picking up the car, that the person could not blend it in because of the location and fear that it would end up messing up the existing paint job. I was disappointed by this news. At least the individual covered the scratch with matching paint. It's my understanding that this individual does NOT work for Wilde, but is an independent contractor. Despite this, I would still recommend this dealership to any of my friends and family. Overall, a very friendly atmosphere, clean facility and helpful staff. Thank you Jerry and Sean for giving our family a much better experience purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. This is something that I hate doing because I don't like dealing with sales people at dealerships, but I would be very happy coming back here from Milwaukee to purchase our next vehicle!!! More

Went in for oil change with my 2009 Honda Accord coupe with 145,000 miles. I asked about used Crosstours and was shown 2 2010 models. I was offered to take the car for a couple days if wanted. I test drove with my 7 month old daughter with me as we transferred her car seat from my Accord to the Crosstour. My wife liked the look and drive of the car. Sales and finance were able to make the payment work for what I needed and I purchased the vehicle. More

The overall experience was great! I was really hesitant if I even wanted to get a different vehicle. Shawn knew this from the start but was really helpful and urged me to think on it over night. I ended up taking 2 nights to think on it and was very pleased that shawn and the other salesman let me take the vehicle for 3 test drives before I decided to buy. Shawn fought for me for a fair price on the vehicle and gave me a decent trade in on my old car. I would recommend shawn or landon for anyone looking for used car! More

We were impressed on our initial visit with the time Mary took with us--explaining the car's features, the test drive, even taking us to the overflow lot to see a particular color. When we returned we had another good experience with Todd--we got a good price for our trade-in vehicle as well good prices on some packages for the new car. We didn't have this experience with another car-maker's dealership which is located close to Wilde. The car has been great to drive--fun to have a new car after 20 years. More
