I got exactly what I wanted by giving Mike just a few descriptions of what I need: space, good mpg and a hatchback. I purchased a used 2009 Accord from Wilde Honda Waukesha because the location was closer to home even though Wilde Honda Madison is closer to work. After having the car for one year, the noise from driving because the location was closer to home even though Wilde Honda Madison is closer to work. After having the car for one year, the noise from driving was getting unbearable and the transmission light on the dashboard began flashing. I took the car to Wilde Madison for service and even though I did not purchase the car from them, they provided me a loaner vehicle to use over the weekend till I could have the transmission serviced. Mike had a full inspection done on my vehicle and outlined the potential costs for the alignment being fixed and the tires being replaced due to cupping and unusual wear. The battery also needed to be replaced even though I was told from Wilde Waukesha that it was new when I purchased the car. A couple months later I returned to have my alignment fixed, tires replaced, battery replaced, and transmission fluid flushed. They did all of this service in less than four hours, provided me a shuttle to and from work, and charged less than $600. Everyone I worked with was very professional and polite. They have earned a customer not only for future service but when it comes to buy my next car. More
Bad luck streaks do come to an end! This is my third purchase from a Honda dealership, but my first time buying used. I was recently in a car accident and had absolutely no want to buy or even drive a purchase from a Honda dealership, but my first time buying used. I was recently in a car accident and had absolutely no want to buy or even drive a different car... I just wanted my Pilot back. The environment at East Towne Wilde Honda was so refreshing and had a family feel, like I was getting a car from an uncle or something. I will definitely go out of my way to recommend them and plan to do any other family car buying with them in the future. My sales person was Jerry Ortega and I will forever be grateful for his patience and understanding working with me and making an experience I was dreading into a fun/exciting time and turning point. Looking forward to many years in my new rock star vehicle!! Thank you so much fellow MDX driver! The finance person I worked with was Peter Bothe and all I can say is THANK YOU Pete for making it soooo easy to spend soooo much (lol)!! Definitely a great buying experience all around! Working with Joe was very good. He had our best interest at hand and was not your typical sales person. We ended up driving mulitple vehicles, mutliple times and Joe was always patient and supportive. We at hand and was not your typical sales person. We had spent about 5 hours trying to decide what vehicle to buy, then had to spend another 3 hours doing the financing piece. That was too long and had to wait about an hour just to see someone. Then there was lot of sales going on for different warranties and different options that were someone what confusing to start with. I felt the their was more pressure there to buy something more. I also did not like that we had to decide right there and then to buy any extra warranty. The period that the warranty applies does not change. Give us 2-3 days to think about and do some follow-up with us. The first 12 months are covered anyway since it was certified. I was not too keen on the whole financing piece. More
We were there from 9 am until we finally drove away with our new (used) car at 2:20 pm. No high pitched sales, no games, just straight forward approach. We were able to take a test drive with Joe (and the new kid on the block who was shadowing him) and then they let us take the car alone to test drive. They made the whole process painless. We also had our 1999 Honda Civic serviced while we were there, We will definitely be coming back here for any future service needs. This is our 6th Honda we have purchased. The 2nd one in WI. There is a reason we keep coming back to Honda's. This dealer is an example why. On a final note, all of our prior Honda purchases, I remarked how we go a coffee mug, and after the handshakes, asked if we were going to get on. Jorge Hidalgo and Peter Wisniewski both came thru, and got us two!! I laughed, because we never expected it. That is why we gave them all '5's'. More

I am a very experienced buyer and seller of vehicles. I know what I want, I find it, if all checks out, I buy it. Its that simple. I chose to look into a 2006 Tundra for sale at Wilde Honda. My experience at Wilde Honda was two sided. The experience with everyone except Micheal Buske was great, and that is why I would recommend this dealership. I look forward to car buying, but I was unlucky enough to be fielded by Mr. Buske. He was not interested in dealing with me. His effort was non existent, as was his professionalism. However, I had to deal with this obstacle if I still wanted this truck, so I endured. His attitude at the dealership was equally unacceptable. I am a business owner. I consult other business's in how to conduct business. I have enough experience in professionalism to be appalled by Micheal Buske, and I judge Wolfe Honda for allowing him to represent their dealership. UPDATE: 12-9-13: While I stand by my review, I would like to acknowledge the efforts of Wilde Honda to address the issues exposed by my experience. They seemed very concerned and shared my frustration. I am glad to see that my positive impressions of the rest of the dealership were accurate. I would still recommend this dealership. More
Joe Paul was good in all aspects and handle the every situation in very good manner. I did not like customer service of the manager(Shawn Stittleburg), he did not handle any of the situation in proper wa situation in very good manner. The workers are all friendly. Even if you don't have them as a salesperson. the car lot is nicely kept and so is the building inside.
