Thank you for taking the time to review us. We are disappointed to see your experience was below our expectations of service. We believe in building relationships with our customers that will last many years, and your experience does not create that. We will continue to review our process with our staff to ensure our customers are provided with information to make the best informed decision on the available products they are purchasing. We believe with a transparent process, the customers should be able to make the best decision for themselves. As a step in that direction, we have created a page on our website explaining the different products we offer our customers when picking up their vehicle. Please look at our website and see in our finance department where we have added a description of our available products. This allows our customers to consider their options before even visiting the dealership. We also make it a point to inform our customers they are able to cancel any of the products that do not physically alter the vehicle. When a customer is looking to make a visit for a cancelation, our business office makes a concerted effort to get out more quickly to keep wait times to a minimum. Unfortunately in your situation there was a miscommunication and our staff thought you were in for service.

Thank you for making the drive from Milwaukee to Madison to purchase your vehicle from us. Jerry does a fantastic job with his customers, and most - if not all - leave similar comments about their experience being so easy with him. Peter also does a great job with his customers, we are glad you received our great service. We have had instances with our other locations in the past where a customer put down a deposit, and after waiting a while we found they were not able to get the financing. As a result we miss other opportunities to sell the vehicle while it is off the market, which has resulted in creating our deposit policy. We are sorry that our policy to not hold a pre-owned vehicle complicated your purchase. We are fortunate to have a great finance department that is able to take care of our customers during all hours we are open, including weekends when many banks are closed. Often times our finance department is able to find financing for customers that other banks cannot since they work with national banks, as well as credit unions to get our customers the best possible financing. Many times we can do the financing for our customers with their own banks, in addition to looking at the available options from the other lenders. Again, we thank you for your business and review. As our business becomes more established, we will continue to review our policies for our customers and business.
