I came into the dealership with a specific budget and vehicle model in mind. Todd Neilson was extremely helpful and was very patient. All of my previous vehicles that I have owned have been used, so the prospect of buying a new car with a bit of a higher monthly payment was somewhat intimidating to me, but Todd was very understanding. He made sure that I was completely comfortable with the process, the financing and the vehicle and never pressured me to make a decision. Todd also introduced me to his manager Eric who was also very patient and accommodating.
