Jose (Pepe) was great to work with. After listening to what I was looking for he was able to narrow the choice down to exactly what I was looking for. Very pleasant and hospitable demeanor. Phil Hogans was also pleasant and fulfilled my request for a cargo pad. Steve Skow completed the paperwork efficiently and expertly explained the additional warranty insurance coverage available. However, I may now be over insured with payment larger than I had initially intended but feel confident I have a very trustworthy and reliable vehicle that will last me for possibly the remaining years of driving. All in all, it was a very valuable experience. More

She is the example of what customer service should be. Checking with the customer during the process, making sure all items are corrected to the customers liking, and checking again after the service is done to be sure all is well. I don't know what kind of reward program is there for excellent customer service but Cheryl deserves it!!!!! More
Overall, I was very happy with my experience working with Victor and partially with Peter and not very happy with Steve! The reason I am not 100% happy with Peter Wisiniewski and Steve Skow is because of Victor and partially with Peter and not very happy with Steve! The reason I am not 100% happy with Peter Wisiniewski and Steve Skow is because of two reasons. First, I told Peter that I was financing my vehicle through a bank that was not affiliated with Honda and that I had already been pre-approved and that I would be bringing a check in when I signed the paperwork. I specifically told Peter I did not want my credit run through any other banks affiliated with Honda nor did I want him to try and get a loan for me. I thought we had an understanding on this matter. The next day before I came in to sign the paperwork, I received a call from Steve pertaining to him needing additional information for the bank. I asked him why and he stated because they were trying to get the loan stuff taken care of. I told Steve to stop because I already had it taken care of and that I had a check in my hand to come pay for the vehicle. At that point, I believe Steve stopped that process he was working on. The rest of the process of signing the paperwork and everything went very well! The second reason I am quite disgusted with this experience is because I received a letter in the mail from UWCreditUnion. This letter was informing me that the loan I attempted to take out was denied due to insufficient income. Upon looking the document over further, someone (I believe it was Steve) attempted to take a loan out in the amount of $156,494.00! Furthermore, my credit was run again! So, there are two reasons that I am unhappy! I can understand in the world of business that sometimes we do not communicate with one another effectively (hence Steve attempting to get me a loan through UWCreditUnion even though I told Peter not to do so). What I cannot understand and am very unsatisfied about is how someone from Honda would attempt to take out a loan in the amount of $156,494.00 for a car that only needed to be financed for $12,500.00. I take great pride in being able to go and take out a loan to purchase a vehicle without having to have a co-signer. I worked very hard growing up to build my credit. This is not okay, and I really would like to know why someone would try to take out a loan through a bank for that much money. This comes across as very sloppy work and I did not see that coming from my experience in the dealership. With all of that being said, I want to go back to my original statement of being happy with my experience with working with Victor. I really hope that something can be done about this so that it does not happen to someone else. I want to continue to tell people about my positive experience with Wilde Honda and not have to shed light on the unprofessionalism when it comes to dealing with people's credit/wishes. With Conor's help I found a 2010 Certified Pre-owned Civic that fit what I was looking for even better than the Accord. Conor was very friendly, helpful, and all about finding me the perfect car for my situation. He did not try to push me into anything. The Civic cost me more than the Accord I was originally looking at, but it was a much better deal for the long term and for what I wanted I highly recommend going to Wilde East Towne Honda. They treated me with respect and made my first car-buying experience much more pleasant than I expected it to be. More

Jerry greeted us with a smile when we first arrived and showed us each and every used vehicles on our list. While we came to the dealership with the intention of purchasing a used Honda Odyssey, we ended up purchasing a new one, instead. Jerry was so polite and helpful and never made us feel pressured. Purchasing a vehicle is a BIG monetary decision, and I've never felt so happy about a big purchase as I did when purchasing this van. On Friday November 15th I talked to Paige and she said I should go and talk with Todd Neilson about the possibilty of leasing a new vehicle. I drove to Madison that day in my 2003 Dodge Neon (which I still owed $3,700 on)Todd Neilson, Cory Smith and Peter Bothe worked and worked until they were able to get me into a brand new 2013 Honda Civic and pay off my Neon. I LOVE MY NEW CAR AND WILDE EAST TOWNE HONDA! All of the staff, even the ones I did not deal with were very polite, welcoming and nice! Todd Neilson, Cory Smith and Peter Bothe were awesome and went above and beyond! Then I was introduced to Mike Spellman in service and was very impressed and felt comfortable that if I ever need anything regarding the service or maintenance of my new vehicle Mike would be right there to help me. Wilde East Towne Honda is closer to our home so we take both our 2014 and 2008 Jeep Patriot to them for service. I have been absolutely overwhelmed by their service! Mike Spellman is always courteous and friendly! He instantly comes across as a person who wants to help you! He greets you as though you're family or a close friend. As a Service Advisor, Mike is personable, attentive, and knowledgeable.
