I visited several dealerships in the Madison area, searching for our next vehicle. I found the staff at Wilde Honda East Towne to easily be the friendliest and most approachable. Laura Kaleas stuck it out with me for longer than she needed to in frigid conditions to go over some of the different options that Wilde had to offer me (I did not have an experience anywhere near this at the other dealers that I visited, to say the least). We sat down and combed through their inventory of used vehicles...again spending more time than she had to going over options with me. Laura and Shawn Stittleburg were very honest and up front when it came to the pricing. I feel like I got a good deal, and I think they can feel the same. Steve Skow was extremely pleasant and was very no nonsense about our financing and the different optional packages. We were not pushed into anything that didn't make sense for us and our new vehicle. We actually look forward to visiting the large, clean waiting areas to come back for our regular maintenance. More

In general, the service was great. The only hitch was not anyone's fault other than a lot of buyers flooding the business office at the same time. So, although it was no one's fault, had we been told it would take 2 hours, we might have driven home to get activity materials to keep occupied. As it was, we were told a couple of times it would only take a few more minutes. That said, Leticia was very helpful and friendly. When it came to negotiating price, Shawn was available and knowledgeable. And when we finally did get into to the business office, Karen was apologetic and harried but handled the stress while getting us processed. More

This was my first visit to Wilde East Towne Honda. I had identified a vehicle I was interested in on the internet and contacted them to arrange a test drive. They were very prompt and courteous with all communications. The car was waiting inside (it was COLD that day) when we arrived. I invited our salesman, Sean, to ride with us. Sean did not try to sell during the test drive. He quietly observed and answered any questions we had. We quickly agreed on a price and were out the door fairly quickly. Expensive add-ons (extended warranty, prepaid maintenance, etc.) were offered (and promptly declined) with little to no pressure. While we were waiting for our car to be prepped we were given an extensive tour of their facility. More
