Jose was very helpful with going through the options with my new car. Karen was very helpful with the finance aspect. Very slow, disorganized buying process. We actually scheduled an appointment to stop in and purchase a vehicle. We had already taken the test drive and negotiated the price. It still took 3.5 hours. During that time, the only issues were whether we wanted the floormats/stain treatment, extended warranties and a brief credit check. (we brought our own financing.) The explanation for the delay was that they didn't have the final numbers until we made final decisions on the extended warranties. The real problem, however, was that we weren't even asked about this item until we had been there for over two hours. I didn't fully complete the employees section above because we dealt with 7 different employees over our 3.5 hours and I can't remember all of their names. There is no reason why one employee can't have us fill out the two line credit information, ask about floormats, and ask about the extended warranties. When we replace our other vehicle in 2 years, I will not even consider this dealership. More
In August of 2013 I went to Wilde East Towne Honda and leased a Honda Pilot. I previously before that had a Toyota Highlander. I loved my Pilot. I run an in home daycare with 4 small children. After our most recent field trip (January 2014) to the library. I unloaded my oldest two and went to get out the youngest, and I was unable to open the door wide enough to get her out of the vehicle (Pilot). I decided it was time to swallow my pride of not wanting to be a "soccer mom minivan driver" and go see Wilde again about the Odyssey. They were just as nice to me when I came in this time, as they were the first time I went in to get the Pilot. Phil took care of the upfront numbers for me and Don Sturkol throughly went over the ins and outs of the Odyssey which I was so pleased with. He didn't just leave it up to me to read a book and figure it out on my own :) I will be back to Wilde East Towne Honda for my next vehicle :) By the way I love the Odyssey I don't feel like a soccer mom because the vehicle is so sleek looking and has so many wonderful options!!! If you are looking for a vehicle with lots of room and a smooth ride I would highly recommend the Odyssey. More

The sales experience with Connor and Phi was the best ever I've had buying a new car. Connor is a relaxed, genuine fellow who knows his product and is able to get answers quickly. I felt no pressure from Connor and felt he was genuinely concerned with getting me the best car for my needs. Phil was a real pleasure to work with and was very creative when putting together the trade and options for the vehicle. Overall, a thoroughly professional, no pressure experience. The F&I portion of the process, unfortunately, was your stereotypically poor experience. F&I was not familiar with how Phil structured the trade-in and options, gave me a "this price is good tonight only" line on a 3rd party maintenance contract that was a poor substitute for that offered by Honda. At closing I was told the dealership didn't sell the Honda maintenance contract, only to find out they did when I came in the next day to cancel the 3rd party contract. At that point I was in no mood to give the dealership any more of my money. On the plus side, I got great financing on the new vehicle, was offered a fair trade-in, and was told several times by Phil how much the dealership appreciated the value of my trade in. Before this I've never heard a dealership say anything positive about my trade ins. Long story short, Connor is a great guy to work with and I'd recommend him to anyone. Delivery was a good experience. Car was clean and well prepared. Only problems after delivery were that the windshield wash fluid froze and the tires were low. These problems were fixed when I brought the vehicle back. The service department was very clean and Nick was friendly and knowledgeable. I plan to bring the vehicle to this dealership for service and maintenance. Overall, a very positive experience with one hiccup. More
I had a great experience at Wilde working with Jerry Ortega, and feel so fortunate that he was the one who ended up helping me buy my car. After working with so many stereotypical salesmen ("I can tell Ortega, and feel so fortunate that he was the one who ended up helping me buy my car. After working with so many stereotypical salesmen ("I can tell you're a smart buyer,"...."Look at my salesman of the year trophy!"....etc etc), it was like a breath of fresh air talking with someone who spoke to me like a human being and actually seemed interested in helping me find what I wanted. Jerry was patient and explained everything in a way I could understand. I ended up buying a beautiful 2004 Honda Accord, and when I took it to my mechanic, he said it looked great and had been well taken car of. Wilde had it washed for me, and they did all the necessary maintenance on it before it was even up for sale, so I don't have anything to do for a few months! If I ever buy another car, I'll be going back to Jerry for sure! On another note, my experience working with the finance guy was more typical of my experience with salesmen at other dealers. When I mentioned interest in a pre-paid maintenance plan, he spent quite a bit of time trying to push it on me, telling me what a great deal it was, that almost every gets it "too late" and that I would be saving so much money! Thank goodness for my savvy brother who came with me--he was able to crunch the numbers sitting right there, and finally pulled out of the guy that I would more likely break even on the the plan, as opposed to saving all that money. Afterwards, he admitted to me that he thought I'd actually lose money even with the discount (a matter of opinion, I'm sure). But when I mentioned my mechanic to the finance guy, he made this face that said, "You go THERE??" Then he proceeded to bash my mechanic on the grounds of what "other people" had said, and said skeptically that he was glad they worked out for my family, at least (not to mentioned my entire neighborhood!!). I felt that his treatment of my decision to go to a different mechanic was rude and patronizing, so I would give me experience working with Mr. Finance a 2. More
