Wilde East Towne Honda

I recently had a very bad car experience with another dealer in town and was very hesitant going into Wilde East Towne Honda, but boy was I wrong. As soon as I walked in the door there were friendly peop dealer in town and was very hesitant going into Wilde East Towne Honda, but boy was I wrong. As soon as I walked in the door there were friendly people offering to help me. We were instantly catered with water bottles and got to test drive the car I was interested in that very same night. I am a first time buyer and only 19 years old so I was scared to say the least. The friendly employees made me feel like I was in a safe environment and I didn't feel any pressure to buy the vehicle. I left that night with a really good feeling. The next day I received some good and bad news. I could get the car I wanted (without a cosigner!) but only if I could put $2500 down. The most I could do was $1500 but Wilde East Towne Honda was able to make the deal happen anyway, getting me a great car with a great deal. I am so happy and excited to have this car and am unbelievably thrilled with the professionalism and expertise of the staff I came in contact with. I will definitely continue to visit this dealership for many years to come. More

Stopped in at Wilde East Towne Honda on January 18th just to look at their selection. We had just begun our search for our next vehicle and were at the point of evaluating different dealerships in Madison. to look at their selection. It was a really cold Saturday, but Kyle Vyse met us on the lot within 2 minutes of getting out of our vehicle. He offered to pull one into the service area so we could check it out without freezing our butts off. We were immediately at ease with Kyle and could tell he was not going to be one of those pushy salesman. The minute we walked into the showroom, we knew this was where we were going to purchase our new vehicle. Beautiful showroom, nice amenities and customer service that can not be topped. This is the first time I leased a car. Eric Henderson let me know that there was a Honda Civic available for lease. He let me know that he had one that was in my price range. He keeps in touch with me to see if I have any questions about the transaction and makes sure that I am happy with the Civic. Before I leased the car Todd told me how nice it really is. And he was right. I really enjoy driving the Honda Civic. I could not have asked for a better guy to help me in leasing this car. Todd is very friendly and really knows his stuff. My car got totalled in a hit & run on New Year's Day. Since no dealerships were open, I spent that day shopping online. Wilde had the best match for what I was looking for. I didn't spend a lot of time there as I was in a bit of a hurry to get the deal finished. Jerry was very accommodating and professional in moving the process along. I had some questions about the service history, and when he couldn't provide the answers, he contacted the previous owner to find out when the timing belt had been changed. That being answered, the rest was just a test drive and paperwork. I'm not a big repeat buyer, so I can't say what the future holds, but my experience with Wilde was positive, and I would have no problems recommending them for other buyers. That being said, I have discovered a couple issues that may or may not have been with the car when I bought it, a chip in the windshield in the tinted area and a crack in the tail light. Jerry claims the dealership will split the repair cost within 30 days if something comes up. I will investigate my options, but something tells me that half of retail will still be more than what I could do on my own. But for a 10 year old used vehicle, I can't nor won't complain.
