I was in the market for a crossover vehicle to replace my old 2001 vehicle. I dealt with Nathan Wood. Nathan showed me the Honda CRV that was on display in the showroom. I was not aware of the safety rating Honda had, and this was a key factor in leasing a Honda. When it came time to discuss financing, Nathan was very polite, friendly and professional -- all without being too "pushy" as MANY sales people are. He worked with me to come up with an extremely fair price for leasing a 2014 Honda CRV. Nathan stayed over an hour past closing time to assist me in completing the deal. More

Was skeptical of the used car buying process, I had only bought used before. I feel like this dealership worked very hard to get my family into a reliable vehicle that fit our budget. I had bought a new Honda Pilot January of 2013, it had a few issues that the dealership and I worked on, but it just didn't feel right. I came to the conclusion that is just the way it felt. Through-out the year I was treated very well whenever I brought the Pilot in for maintenance, last week I took it in for it's scheduled oil change, Don Sturkol my salesman asked how I felt about the Pilot after having driven it for a year. I expressed my concern over it just not feeling right, he spoke with Eric, and they offered to put me into a new 2014 Honda Pilot!! The offer was very unexpected!!! I recently had a very bad car experience with another dealer in town and was very hesitant going into Wilde East Towne Honda, but boy was I wrong. As soon as I walked in the door there were friendly peop dealer in town and was very hesitant going into Wilde East Towne Honda, but boy was I wrong. As soon as I walked in the door there were friendly people offering to help me. We were instantly catered with water bottles and got to test drive the car I was interested in that very same night. I am a first time buyer and only 19 years old so I was scared to say the least. The friendly employees made me feel like I was in a safe environment and I didn't feel any pressure to buy the vehicle. I left that night with a really good feeling. The next day I received some good and bad news. I could get the car I wanted (without a cosigner!) but only if I could put $2500 down. The most I could do was $1500 but Wilde East Towne Honda was able to make the deal happen anyway, getting me a great car with a great deal. I am so happy and excited to have this car and am unbelievably thrilled with the professionalism and expertise of the staff I came in contact with. I will definitely continue to visit this dealership for many years to come. More
