I had been thinking about trading in my Mitsubishi Eclipse for a bigger car or SUV for about a year now, and just started really actively searching for a vehicle about 2 months ago. Jerry Ortega and Peter Bothe both worked hard to get me a deal on this car, and also to pay off the amount I had left on my other car loan. They worked to get me my Edge by the end of the afternoon. This was the third dealership/sales person we had met that day. I was the female in a male/female couple who was both the intended driver and the person writing the check. So I arrived at Wilde Honda in a pretty cranky mood, dreading the rest of the day. Syed met us in the lobby of the dealership, immediately acknowledged both of us, shaking our hands and asking our names. Throughout the process he kept us both involved in the conversation and treated me with respect. We also appreciated that he knew the features of each Honda car and potential competing vehicles in detail (we had done our research online before going out, and knew what he was saying was accurate). He made the overall process a relatively comfortable one. He and the manager of the dealership got some scratches on the vehicle fixed wonderfully before delivery. My husband had previously also had good experiences dealing with the parts department so we were happy to find out that good service is a consistent feature throughout the dealership. More

Great experience buying our used Honda CR-V. We came in an hour before closing on a Saturday night to just look and wound up there 2 hours after closing with financing done driving home in a new car.
