She sent my information to salesperson Jerry Ortega who contacted me right away to set up a time to come in. He was great from the beginning. He understood what we wanted and helped us get it. When Jerry was busy with other customers, his peers or managers did not hesitate to assist. No one ever made us feel like a burden and I honestly felt like I was the only person there buying a car, even though, there were dozens of other customers throughout the dealership. We found a vehicle that met all the requirements for our large family and made contact with the dealer. From the initial email to the test drive and purchase, the process could not have been more smooth, pleasant or problem free. The transaction was quick and there were no high pressure sales, just genuine people who seemed very honest throughout the transaction. They went the extra step for a picky buyer like me and send me more pictures and details. East Towne was a fresh experience. Rather than 3-4 hours, I was in and out in 30 minutes. The car was washed, immaculately detailed, and full of gas when we got there. Communication with the sales team was seamless and unbelievably prompt. I often received email replies within 5 minutes of every email. I definitely will come back to East Towne for future car needs. More
