The used van that we purchased is in great condition for being 7 years old; the interior is amazing. The service that has accompanied the purchase has been outstanding. The sales representative (John DeVet) was very helpful and personable. He also inquired another associate (Shawn Stittleburg) for more information on our prospective purchase that was very specific to the vehicle. We were wondering how the Honda van would compare to a Toyota van and Shawn was very knowledgeable and helpful. These two associates worked as a team throughout our experience and went the extra mile after the sale as well. I realized that the windshield had a crack in it, that I hadn't noticed before, and Shawn was willing to take care of it for me. This was pretty amazing! I have nothing but god things to say about the total experience. I look forward to future interactions with this dealership and free carwashes for the life of our vehicle is a great bonus. I'm actually currently at another dealership at this time with my boyfriend who is in the market for a car, and the salesman we're speaking to is not being as genuine and honest. At Wilde, I test drove 2 cars. Sean was not pushy when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the first car I'd driven; he already had the second one ready for me to try out. However, it is these things get assigned, Shae Stovell turned out to be my salesman. Shae was incredibly responsive...but not too much so. Due to personal issues on my end, it was 2 - 3 months before I was finally able to meet Shae. He was extremely patient and respectful of my situation and I really appreciate that he didn't come on too strong. I love my CR-V and want to thank Shae for what actually turned out to be a fun experience! More
