Leticia Acosta is the Best Sales Associate I previously owned a Honda. I wanted to give it to my granddaughter for her 16th birthday. She was so professional, easy to talk to and never once pressured me. We did a test drive and Leticia had me laughing. She really has a great sense of humor. The test drive was a joyful experience. Needless to say I was sold on her and the car. She walked us through the process with ease. She answered questions I wasn't thinking of at the time. She through in an extra option which my other dealer never did. My daughter and I both think very highly of her. My daughter also has an older model Honda.
