A company I can call home I am from out of the country and I recently arrived at Madison to work. I needed to go ahead and leave my family for a while to venture out and get se I am from out of the country and I recently arrived at Madison to work. I needed to go ahead and leave my family for a while to venture out and get settled here before having them come over. From the moment I left the airport and travelled to my hotel, I realized one thing, I needed a car. Now that is a tall task. Dealership horror stories from all over the internet haunted me. But I knew it had to be done. I've visited a number of dealerships, but none came close to the wonderful experience I had at Wilde East Towne Honda. During my first visit, I've set up an appointment with Scott. I was greeted at the door by Chris. Since Scott still had some visitors, Chris accomodated me. He made me feel welcome and at home when he mentioned he was rooting for Pacquiao to beat Mayweather in their upcoming bout. During my second visit, it was Syed this time who helped me out while waiting for Scott. He urged me to test drive the cars I was looking at. Now I would like to talk about Scott. He made the tall task of selecting a car seem like a breeze. The best thing about Scott though, is he exceeded my expectations. He just wasn't a car salesman. He went above and beyond. He befriended me, found out about the obstacles and hurdles I've been having and suggested solutions. Through his help, I now have my first ever car, and I believe and know that I have selected the best one available for me. I am definitely taking care of this car, and will seek Wilde East Town Honda and Scott out once I ready to purchase my next vehicle. I've heard about this cliche that sales men need my business, but the truth of the matter is, at that moment, I needed them. Thanks Scott, Chris, Syed! More

She found a very comfortable, quiet space for me do my work in while I waited 5 hours for my vehicle. She kept me updated as to the status of our service and even offered a ride to pick up some lunch. When our service was completed her team did a superior job. Not only was our Pilot beautiful, but her cleaning guru cleaned our son's carseat. Immaculate Job! More
Service after the sale I had a problem with my Pilot pulling left (only sometimes). I took them 2 days because it was a bad cord inside the tire but the kept me updated on I had a problem with my Pilot pulling left (only sometimes). I took them 2 days because it was a bad cord inside the tire but the kept me updated on there progress everyday. I called Craig, the guy who sold me the car, and he meet me at the dealership. He lireraly walked me through the dealership talking with everyone involved in getting my Pilot fixed. He wanted to make sure I was happy with the fix. The service team never once blamed me for the problem or tried to charge me for the labor or parts. Warrenties do not cover allignment or tires. All other dealers need to take notes from Wilde and Craig on how to keep cutomers. Thank you! More

They have play area's for children, computers for adults to use while they wait, and snack bar for drinks and popcorn. We worked with Conor Kuhnau and had a great experience. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Karen Hardrath was great in finance helping us out. Nice run in with sales manager Peter Wisniewski. Everyone was very friendly, we would recommend this dealer to anyone. More

I initially took my car to the dealer I purchased it from to stay loyal, however I had to let them know in advance when I would simply be coming for an oil change since the oil filter wasn't one they typically had in stock. Wilde east opened up and was relatively close to my home. I had a coupon and thought I would give them a try. SO glad I did! They took care of me and my car! :) Even provided a loaner when it was going to be more than a few hours of work. Explained what they were doing thoroughly before it was done, called to check in and let me know estimated time it would be ready, and I don't feel that it was "dealer pricing". Highly recommend them. More

I used to take my Honda to Zimbrick for service but was displeased with their customer service after I purchased a new Odyssey in 2012. I have been thoroughly satisfied with my customer service and attention at WETH and have even recommended to others who own Hondas. All employees are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure that I am greeted, attended to and satisfied - even beyond my expectations! I will continue to highly recommend WETH to others!
