Since the problem that was seen with our vehicle was a similar problem with other Pilots and was being recalled by the manufacture, we were able to get a courtesy car. The time told to us for how long it would take was right on target. Both times that I was there, I was treated as important and taken care of in a friendly way. He was accommodating of my schedule which I really appreciated. I even called him on his day off and he was friendly and helpful. Sales people are there to sell, so they were doing their jobs by asking me to consider adding accessories here or additional protections there. If I did not want something, I said no and there was no added pressure. I think Wilde East Towne Honda sets an example of how car shoppers should be treated. More
