Conor contacted me right away and I started telling him roughly what I might be looking for. My husband and I ended up holding off for a while on buying a car. What helped me to choose Wilde, and Conor specifically, was that he did not spam me with calls and emails for the past year. He would give me an occasional follow-up to tell me about a sale or ask if I was still interested, but the emails were few and far between. Because of the pleasant lack of pushiness on Conor's end, I decided to contact him when we were ready to car shop. The dealership was really nice and Conor did a great job of listening to what we were looking for and what our price range was. Overall, I was very pleased with the service we received from the dealership and from Conor. More

It made the entire process move smoothly for us both, and I immediately felt welcomed. While there, I wasn't pushed or swayed to look at other vehicles, and felt respected and listened to, even when I was having trouble making a decision. The follow-up has been wonderful. A couple days later she checked in to see how things were. A week and a half later, did so again. I feel she has left the relationship open, versus closing the door as soon as I stepped off the lot. I will definitely refer Laura to others that may be seeking a vehicle. More

I managed to make it to this dealership where I was given exceptional service. My engine was beyond repair, and I was convinced my weekend was over, not to mention my stress over finding a new car. Leticia worked with me to find something in my price range, and management was courteous enough let me borrow a vehicle to make the rest of my trip while I waited to hear back from the bank regarding financing. I did not expect to buy a new car, but I don't regret giving them my business. White glove treatment all the way through! Would recommend to anyone in the Madison area (and even those who aren't). We identified the odor in the vehicle during the test drive and the prepurchase detailing with the ozone generator helped so our hopes were high, but the next day, there it was again. Emailed Candi, and she set us for the ozone treatment again, same result though. Contacted Candi again and she right away offered to have us come in again. Another trip and a double hit in the ozone and things are better, not that new car smell, but better. The car was sold at a great price (at least $1K under the nearest competitor) and the deal was done with under a smooth transaction. Excellent vehicle for my daughter. But what has set this apart from other car purchases was the follow through that Candi Robbins provided by email. Prompt returns and responses, even after hours. She was very professional and a pleasure to work with, on all 4 of our visits, especially post sale. Chris West was also a pleasure to set up the financing with. We went the extra steps to get us a great rate. More
