It was easier to find my new Honda Fit than I expected! I visited the day after a major ice storm and my salesperson, Leticia, worked hard and fast to chip the ice cover off the cars I requested to test drive. I wanted to get my scraper and help her but she insisted I sit in the warm cars while she worked and worked. The team work appeared stream-lined. I was handed off to the credit guy, and people worked to de-ice the car I wanted to drive home. It was a cold windy day and Laticia took her drill and changed over my plates just like that. I had visited a neighboring lot earlier and compared to that business, Wilde was much better organized so I felt I was being taken care of and my time was valued. More
