I have had a lackluster exper Purchased my 15 Honda Fit from Wilde, and I love it. Love love love my car. Sales team was good, finance team was great. I have had a lackluster experience with service after the purchase, however. I took my Fit in to have some body work done (I bought the car with a dent in the back and an agreement to have it repaired in place). During service, I was asked to bring back my first loaner, an Accord EX-L, so they could give me a different loaner. This was an annoyance and a waste of my time, but I respect my salesperson and have done my best to help make their life easy, so when I've heard from him with an "I need you to do this" I've endeavored to aid him however possible. They set me up with a Civic (LX?) that I did not like at all. I was much happier with the Accord as a loaner. Check in at service was awkward. The person that approached me seemed confused by the presence of my Fit, which still had dealer plates on it at the time. She asked me for my papers in such a way that it was vaguely reminiscent of being pulled over by a cop and asked for my license and registration. During drop off I asked the service team to install wheel locks. I provided my own new locks with the car when I brought it in and asked to be informed if there were any issues with installation. When I got my Fit back the wheel locks were not installed and I had not been informed they were unable to install due to them being third party. I found them still in the packaging in the passenger side door. Now I'm wondering, if I install these wheel locks myself, is Wilde going to refuse to do work on my tires? Will I need to take the locks off before I bring in the car for future service? Will they remove and reattach wheel locks that are already installed when necessary? I get the refusal to install third party parts but this seems nearly impossible to stay consistent with. I think they should have just spent the extra 5-10 minutes it would have taken to provide good service. One of the wheels was coming off for replacement after a puncture anyways. I'm pretty sure my car was not washed when I picked it up. I noticed dust and dirt on the rear bumper. This was supposedly part of the service package but I'm not certain it was provided. Again, my salesperson had a xxxxxx wrench for me to deal with when I was asked to bring in my second loaner on a Friday to get the Fit back, about 2 hours before I was supposed to go on a camping trip for the weekend. He said he'd "get in trouble" if I took the Civic on my short drive to Dane, <30 minutes away, so I came and switched vehicles before my departure. The Civic was already packed. It was a hassle to have to transfer all of my things from vehicle to vehicle so many times during service - Fit to Accord, Accord to Civic, load Civic with camping gear + previous cargo, transfer all that from Civic to Fit. I was pretty annoyed by the time it was all done. I feel sales and finance are great teams with great people, but they are being hamstrung by management/corp somewhere. The people I am interacting with at Wilde do not seem to have the resources they need to provide exemplary, go the extra mile service even though they very clearly want to. Even the chat I had with Wilde support where I asked for a place to submit a review reflects this B-/C+ service. Support assistant routed me to Google for reviews then provided a dead link to a support page. When I informed her the link was dead she advised me I should try a different browser. When I did that and reported it still wasn't working she stopped trying to get me to the page. Finish what you start, team. I am still insanely happy with my Fit - Wilde did a great job with sales and finance. Really, really great job. They did really professional high quality work on the body repairs, too. I can't see a blemish at all. I just wish they were trying as hard to keep me satisfied as a customer as they were when they were selling me the Fit. It's the little things that are missing here and there that add up to an agitating experience for me. More
