Great Experience, with Cheryl At The Helm! We had some maintenance work done on our Odyssey, and Cheryl took amazing care of us. Some of the parts they needed wouldn't be available until the n We had some maintenance work done on our Odyssey, and Cheryl took amazing care of us. Some of the parts they needed wouldn't be available until the next day, so the van had to stay an additional night. After the van was completed, Cheryl came in on her day off to complete some of the paperwork to finish our visit. After we decided that we could leave the van an additional night and pick it up the next morning instead, Cheryl offered, quite literally, to go out of her way to pick me up on her way in to work so I didn't need to bring the family out on a cold morning. I've been very pleased with all my visits to Wilde East Towne Honda; top-notch service, great customer care, and wonderful amenities while waiting. He also made sure that I knew how to use all of the great features my CR-V has. It was a bitter sweet day for me, as I truly loved the vehicle I was trading in. It was just time to get something newer. My hope was that I would find a vehicle that I would feel great about purchasing and that I would love just as much, if not more. We purchased our second consecutive certified Honda and couldn't be happier. The only minor area for improvement was the business office was busy and closing the deal took too long (my opinion with no real information on how long it "should" take).
