Best experience ever. I came into the dealership looking for a car not thinking I would be buying one the same day. That all changed, however, when Laura met us at the fro I came into the dealership looking for a car not thinking I would be buying one the same day. That all changed, however, when Laura met us at the front door and asked if she could help, and help she did. I told Laura what I was looking for and what my budget restraint was. Laura did not push me to look at cars above my budget. She immediately looked through the used cars and found one that looked promising. We took it for a test drive. Upon return to the dealership, Laura asked what I thought of the car. I said I liked it and would like to buy it. Questions were going through my mind that I wanted to ask Laura, but before I could ask her, she already posed the questions to me. It's like she was reading my mind. Laura is very professional and knows what she is talking about. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of her job as it relates to finding the right car for the right person within their budget. We also dealt with Samir in finance. He also was professional. Always a smile on his face and was very helpful with any questions. Samir explained in detail all the papers I had to sign. I can't make enough good comments about Laura and Samir. In all my years of buying cars, this was by far the best experience ever. You are very fortunate to have both Laura and Samir working for you. I will highly recommend your dealership to anyone that is looking for a really great car buying experience. More

We went to Wilde since we knew that Kenn worked there and we could stop by to just take a look. Well... What we weren’t expecting was to look at cars, learn our options, and leave with a new car. Kenn was so laid back and incredibly knowledgeable. At no time did we feel rushed or obligated to go in any certain direction. What ended up working best for us was leasing a 2018 CR-V. Our van was able to be traded in and the lease financing portion went very smooth. Working with Karen was so easy. The lease felt like a great option since we felt so comfortable working with Kenn and Wilde East Town, going back after the term will be a pleasure. More

Charges me for tire rotation but it seems they don't do it a I paid for the tire rotation during my B1 service recently at Wilde east Honda. After that I had to give my car for a puncture fixing which was alread I paid for the tire rotation during my B1 service recently at Wilde east Honda. After that I had to give my car for a puncture fixing which was already on the rear left tire. After the rotation it should come to front right. So when I gave it to Firestone for repair I asked them to check the front right tire.but they came back saying the puncture was in rear left itself. Which means they didn't do the rotation.i asked about that in email to the service manager.its been two weeks since then and he doesn't even have the courtesy to respond. So pissed off with this showroom. More
Misleading and incomplete ads, unprofessional supervisor There is a Sale this dealer has going on up until 12/31/2018. It reads " 0% APR Financing Up To 60 months for well-qualified buyers on all remaining 2 There is a Sale this dealer has going on up until 12/31/2018. It reads " 0% APR Financing Up To 60 months for well-qualified buyers on all remaining 2018 Honda Accords in stock". A 20% down-payment is also required, in small print, no big deal. Upon my dealership visit tonight, December 11, 2018 it turns out that the 0% APR is up to but NOT INCLUDING 60 months which according to this dealership means that the loan is actually 0% for 36 months. BIG DIFFERENCE, conveniently not explained in the add. Also, according to the dealership this sale does not allow for any negotiation, the customer pays the sticker price, no exception. Every single educated car buyer knows or expects some room for a price adjustment. This fact was also not mentioned in the ad. To top it off, the supervisor tonight (New Cars Sales) blatantly told me when I pointed out the misleading ad with all the "left-out" info that this is how they get people to come through the door and talk to them, basically voluntarily wasting people's time with dishonest, distorted advertisement to get potential customers to come in and hopefully make a purchase even though the price does not reflect the advertised promise. I am a qualified buyer with a stellar credit score, I already have a loan through Honda for I own a Honda Accord, I think they are great cars but I do not agree with such business practices therefore I will not go back to this dealer nor will I recommend it to others. The sales person was Laura Kaleas and she tried her best to diplomatically work with the information she was getting from her manager that was contradicting the ad in question, in my opinion quite an awkward situation to be put in by her superior (I did not get his name unfortunately). If I could I would post a screenshot of the said ad but I don't see that as an option here. More
