Laura and Karen made buying my first car easy! When I walked into Wilde the other day, I was not actually planning on leasing a car. I was with my dad and thought I would be the one just checking When I walked into Wilde the other day, I was not actually planning on leasing a car. I was with my dad and thought I would be the one just checking things out while he would buy a HRV. It was really helpful for me as I listened to the conversation he had with Laura and the questions that he asked. I immediately noticed that Laura was super knowledgeable and I genuinely felt that she was looking out for our best interest. She was so patient with my dad's questions and showing him all the new tech in the HRV (my dad is not the most tech saavy person). After my dad was through talking about the HRV, it was my turn to ask some questions about a 2019 Civic. Again, Laura was so patient with me and I had no doubt in my mind that she was trying to get me the best deal on a car that I would really like and would fit my situation. After agreeing to lease the car we met with Karen a little later and she was super thorough going through the documents and I felt confident that I knew exactly what I was getting. I also appreciated how up-front Karen was, and how many times she made us laugh! Laura and Karen were absolutely superb and I felt like I couldn't have had a better first car buying experience! Would recommend them to anyone! More
