I’m truly disappointed that the car I wanted didn’t line up with the superior sales experience, because if I could have made the choice based on salesmanship alone, the choice is obvious. Among all the folks I interacted with at various dealerships, Kenn's knowledgeability and attentiveness in addressing all of my many questions was head and shoulders above the rest. I know it doesn’t count for much, but HR-Vs and leases weren’t even on my radar at the start, and i came really close to both! Thank you for making my purchase process such a pleasant experience. When we didn't feel comfortable with something, he tried to find us something else that would be within our price range and specifications. When all was said and done, we got a fair deal for our vehicle and was able to purchase very quickly. The only thing we wish we would have done was understand the extended warranty options before the day we signed the papers. I think we would have been more comfortable having been able to do more research after seeing the cost. Unfortunately with used vehicles you have to take it or leave it the day of. Overall, we had a nice experience with this dealership and would recommend to family and friends. More

Recently we were in a (unplanned) situation where we needed to replace our Honda Civic. We worked with Sam Carpenter and my husband and I agreed it was our best vehicle purchase experience to date. Sam is a good listener; we never felt that he was bringing his own "agenda" into the transaction. Sam sincerely wanted to find out what our wants and needs were and how he could meet them. It felt like we were working together as a team to make the best possible buying decision for us. We bought a certified, preowned Honda CRV. Sam asked probing questions and made sure he gave us the answers to our questions or he sought out an answer (if he was unsure). There was no b.s. and no pressure from Sam. It was a breath of fresh air and a welcome change from vehicle purchase decisions in the past. The whole experience was great and I'm betting we'll find the ongoing service experience will be equally positive. Thanks Sam and Wilde Honda! More
