Such Patience and Outstanding Service When arriving at Wilde East Towne Honda we were greeted by Laura Kaleas. Wasnt quite sure which vehicle we wanted so ended up test driving 4 different When arriving at Wilde East Towne Honda we were greeted by Laura Kaleas. Wasnt quite sure which vehicle we wanted so ended up test driving 4 different cars. Laura was so patient with us and promptly provided each car for us to test drive. We ended up choosing the fourth one we drove. Laura made us feel at home and very relaxed during the entire process. We felt she was there to serve us individually and provide us with anything we needed to help with the decision. She was very knowledgeable about each different vehicle and answered any/all questions we asked. We have purchased 3 vehicles from Wilde East Towne Honda in the past and will surely return the next time we need another vehicle. Great Job Laura! More

Simply Amazing! What can I say? :) Two days ago I leased a new 2019 Honda CR-V and worked with Renee (for the 3rd time) and also worked with Steve in finance who What can I say? :) Two days ago I leased a new 2019 Honda CR-V and worked with Renee (for the 3rd time) and also worked with Steve in finance who really was determined to get me into the car that would work better for me. Being a soccer mom and having teammates to transport as well as my own son; we needed more room which the CR-V would more than give us so I decided to work with Renee and Steve again to see if it was possible to get into the CR-V now rather than later. While Steve worked behind the scenes on the financing end; Renee was there every step of the way in explaining all there is to know about the CR-V all without the sales pressure that one may experience when going elsewhere. Not once did I feel pressured to buy and in the end, Steve found a financing package by way of a lease that worked very well for me. We ended up past the closing time when we finished the paperwork but I never got the sense that we needed to get out of there fast. Renee even went with me to the new car to make sure we could pair my phone to it so I could have my tunes from the music app that I use. Words cannot express how grateful I am to Renee and Steve who have always gone to bat for me every time my vehicle needs change. They’re always there listening and are also honest about all options so I can make the best decision for me. As long as they both are working for Wilde East Towne; they will be the first ones I contact when the time comes for the next car because I know how much I can count on them to be there. Friendly and Patient We scheduled an appointment to come see a vehicle we wanted. Sam met us as we parked. Right of the bat he was super friendly, warm and welcoming. We We scheduled an appointment to come see a vehicle we wanted. Sam met us as we parked. Right of the bat he was super friendly, warm and welcoming. We brought 3 of our 4 kiddos with us and he greeted each of us adults and the kids. He had 6 waters all lined up on his desk for our family of 6. He showed us around the vehicle with and indepth tour and informational. During his chat about the vehicle the kids would interrupt and ask him questions and he would patiently work with them as well. He was never pushy or demanding we speed up our decision time. As everyone knows there is a process and the process takes a while but he patiently hung out with us and even had little matchbox cars for the kids to each pick a car. 100% suggest meeting and working with Sam, I loved that we were his only concern in the time we were there. We didn't have to share him with another buying family. When we were handed off to finance to fill out our paperwork we met with Samir. He was another super patient and helpful associate. He walked us through all the signatures and information at a quick rate. He was super efficient. Again like with Sam we were his only buying family at that time so we had 100% of his focus and help. Thank you to our team you were wonderful. I do want to add that prior to going to the dealership we connected with the online sales help, Dylan. He was another gem to work with as I asked my 1000 questions between the different trims we were looking at and helping us set up an appointment to meet with Sam. More
