Based on false information provided by the Wilde employees we were working with, we were given what we no Disappointed doesn't even begin to cover it. Based on false information provided by the Wilde employees we were working with, we were given what we now feel was an unfair price for our trade in. Had we been given the truth of what they would turn around and try to sell it for we would not have settled for the proposed trade in price. We were given inaccurate information by multiple employees on what they would sell our trade in for based on mileage, condition and work that needed to be done on it. Initially it was priced $4,400 over what they told us they could get for it. We called them on this and they claimed it was a "mistake." Now they still have it priced for $2,400 over what they told us they would price it for; or what they claimed they could ever possibly sell it for. When asked for an explanation from management we were not afforded one. They have proven to not be forthcoming and we are very disappointed, as we have been loyal customers for years. We loved our Pilot, but hope no one buys it because it does not seem that the price is fair according to what we were told by them it would be worth once it was fixed. We understand that this is a business and that they need to make money, but if money needs to be made through deceit, that is very unsettling and unethical. Unfortunately, we will never be buying another vehicle from Wilde again. Management did not seem concerned about this. On another note, the "certified" Honda we bought that day to replace our Pilot was back in the shop within 12 hours of being off of the lot because the air conditioner didn't work. Hmm... More

After speaking with Scott Jensen on the phone I could tell immediately this dealership was different than others. Scott was honest, considerate and walked me through how to trade in my current lease for a new one. There was no haggling, gotchas, or unexpected surprises. Other dealers tried to lowball me offers or try sales tactics to bait and switch me. Wilde East Towne Honda was the exact opposite. They were honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I drove an hour and a half to go see them and it was well worth it. I look forward to dealing with Scott Jensen and kenn Ogunsola again. Kenn was very fun, laid back and has a great personality. I can only speak on my experience with trading my lease in and if you are looking to trade your lease in, Wilde East Towne Honda was the best dealer I experienced in the state of WI. Looking forward to doing business again! More

Wilde not only felt better right when I walked in, I came into Wilde East Towne after an icky experience with Zimbrick and it was like night and day. Wilde not only felt better right when I walked in, but the salespeople were attentive, friendly, and did not feel sales-y at all. I was introduced to the salesperson, Jeff, who was great and we ended up just chatting for quite a while. He demonstrated and explained all of the features of the Honda Pilot I was interested in (Zimbrick hardly explained anything to me) and really did a solid job selling me this car. Karen in the financing department was also incredibly helpful and accommodating while answering all my questions and concerns. I cannot recommend this dealership enough and I am so glad I made the decision to purchase a vehicle here over Zimbrick. Such a fantastic experience all around. More
