Easy Peasy My lease was due, and I went in to talk over my options. I went back a few weeks later to test drive another car and went back within that week to pick up my new lease. I can't begin to express how easy the process was from start to finish! Syed was amazing to work with, answered all my questions, and never pressured me into making any decisions. He always respond quickly to emails and was so friendly. We were able to work together to get a great vehicle for the right price. He was legitimately excited to hand off my new car to me and told me to contact him with any questions. I really enjoyed working with him and in three years I definitely know who I want to work with but let me first enjoy the new car smell and the excitement of having a new car! Wonderful experience!!! Used Car Purchased Saturday July 13, 2019 When we had stopped at Wilde Honda East we were greeted by Jeff Fox (Sales) my first thought was oh another high pressure sal Saturday July 13, 2019 When we had stopped at Wilde Honda East we were greeted by Jeff Fox (Sales) my first thought was oh another high pressure sales person, and all he ask was can I help you and would you like to take it for a drive well we pointed out a few things that would need to be taken care of and he got the keys and my wife an I were able to take it for a test with know sales interference, we set done and talked numbers and come to a price we were both OK with but not ready to pull the trigger. My wife and I went home to talk it over and Monday 7/15/2019 I came in and set up the paper work and paid down, Thursday we came down and finished the paper work and drove it home. This is one of better car buying experiences we have had, Jeff was so great to deal with would deal with him again if the need comes up More

I wanted to be sure I was going to make a wise and informed choice. I had other vehicle models in mind I wanted to look at and compare. After I test drove the CRV, I went to the other dealerships and immediately had a different experience. Vel approached me with kindness and appreciation for my concerns on making a big decision. His time and attention demonstrated to me that he cared about what I wanted in a vehicle, which was reassuring when having to make this big decision. Of course I love Hondas, but having a stellar sales team makes the experience of making a big purchase less stressful and worthwhile. Thank you! More

Bad and long buying experience The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the salesperson and finance manager was very respectful and understanding of our needs. We bought the car we wanted but it took 5 hours and lots of waiting and back and forth, which was really frustrating. The assistant sales manager was rude and disrespectful to us. He literally told us to leave if we didn’t like the offer. How can somebody like this work there was my thought especially if you’re trying to sale anything let alone cars. Avoid the assistant manager if you can! More
