He left us his business card and told us to contact him with questions. We eventually went back to the dealership a few months later and bought a car. We very much appreciated the low key approach of this dealership rather than being inundated with emails and phone calls the way other dealerships operate. We also had a trade and the whole transaction was smooth and fast. Karen in finance was really great too - really honest about the warranties and options that make sense based on your situation. Had to come back the next morning to wrap up paperwork, but all-in-all with two test drives and a trade the whole deal took less than 3 hours. More
