We didn't have to worry for a minute about how to replace our car. Veli, as he promised when he sold us the (now totaled) vehicle, answered the call (and many questions) we made to him about helping us get the car we wanted. Samir, as he advised when he set up the financing the first time, guided us through the paperwork from the previous vehicle to the replacing vehicle.
