I'm sure there's a lot of work they do to make it seem that way, but from my end, it's really a no-hassle deal. I never have felt, either during or, especially after, that they were ever anything other than honest and straightforward in our interactions. Great First Impression On a crazy cold Saturday we decided to stop in and look for a used vehicle for our daughter. We spent the next 3 hours with a very patient and kind salesman doing his best to find the perfect vehicle for us and our daughter. Well we ended up not going with a used vehicle but fell in love with what we considered to be our daughters dream car. A new 2020 Civic Hatch. Eric has never sold a new vehicle at WETH but today was the day we had a little fun with the phrase "I've got great news". Eric was super awesome to deal with and such a pleasure to be his first new car customers. I would recommend him as a salesman to anyone. He was one of the nicest most sincere salesman we have ever had. He was out of his element a little with new car sales but I was more than proud to be patient as he was learning something completely new to him. Thanks so much Eric!! More

My first car was a 2018 Honda (my first brand new car ever) - Karen really worked miracles to help me trade in a car that was having electrical issues and still had a hefty payout left on it. Unfortunately a deer decided to run into the back end of my car and once I received it back from the collision repair place it didn't drive the same, it had a funny smell, I just was not comfortable keeping that car so I called up Honda to see what my options were and they told me to come on in - Tony and Samir then worked very hard to help me get into a 2020 Honda CRV! Its so beautiful! I can't say enough good things about Wilde East Honda and their amazing staff! Oh and they bake the most delicious cookies there! More

My overall experience was exceptional! I was trying to find my first car in the US. A friend of mine took me to Wilde East Towne Honda. He was very knowledgeable with the car and the car features and the difference of each tier in different years! He was able to show me tons of options that will work for me! After I made a decision on which car to get and passed all necesarry documentations (I've only been in the US for a year), Samir took over and talked about the financial stuff, car care, coverage, and maintenance plan and a lot more helpful stuff. When I was about to pick up my car, it was Scott's off and Renee took over! She went through the features of my brand new car and assisted my wife on purchasing my old vehicle (since it was under my wife's name). It all went smoothly.
