When we made our appointment, Alex was very friendly on the phone, and just as personable when we met him. He did not talk condescendingly towards me and he respected me without trying to push my boundaries or trying to convince me to spend more money than I wanted to spend. He was kind to my 4 year old over the 5 hours we spent at the dealership test driving, negotiating, and deciding that day. I felt confident in buying a vehicle from Alex and he went the extra mile in making sure we were taken care of. Thanks! Karen was kind and patient, and very personable. She helped explain things very clearly! And I wish I could remember the lady at the front welcome desk because she was there at the end of the day.
