Impeccable Service I cannot recommend Wilde East Towne Honda more! We were traveling from Michigan to Minnesota and were in an accident just south of the dealership. After pulling into the service center, someone took a look at our Honda van and within minutes, it was brought down to the shop. It was determined that we had a cracked radiator. Immediately a part was ordered, picked up, and within a few hours, we were back on the road with a working vehicle. Alan Reichert's service that day was outstanding. The care and concern he showed for our family made a stressful situation, doable. He went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed during the wait and ensured we could continue in our travels. I walked off with an 09 Accord EX-L today and couldn't be happier with the folks working there at Wilde. Of course every sales rep is going to invoke a sense of urgency but Bryar provided proof as to why to step back and think, but not to wait too long to make a choice. Car shopping in general is typically overwhelming, add in a global pandemic, and it gets even more interesting. Not only did I feel completely safe, I felt the team had a good grasp on the pandemic through mask usage, sanitizing and social distancing. My shopping experience was flawless and Duke made that even easier. We were able to determine the best price and even more so, in budget. He made every effort to ensure I understand the features of my car, steps of the car buying & trade in process, but also create a positive and inviting shopping experience. Even added a personal touch with great conversation, as we waited for financing to step in. Truly one of the best I've ever worked with. Karen in Finance was just as amazing. She ensured that I understood everything I was signing from start to finish, and made the process of making such a big purchase, feel easy. One of a kind, and extremely kind. Pretty good We went there to buy a used car for our college son since his broke down while traveling. We knew which car we wanted to see and Erik had it ready for We went there to buy a used car for our college son since his broke down while traveling. We knew which car we wanted to see and Erik had it ready for us to test drive when we arrived. We understood that it hadn’t been cleaned yet since it had just arrived. He apologized, but it was no problem for us. We decided to buy the vehicle. Since we were taking it home that night it wasn’t going to be detailed, but it was cleaned.....or so we thought. It looked ok, but once we arrived home and looked the next day we noticed a lot of junk in the car. They obviously did a quick vacuum and wipe down, but that was it. We were at the dealership for 4 hours, so there was plenty of time to do a better cleaning. We did contact them via email when we noticed how dirty it was, but never got a response. There were also a couple of other small issues that weren’t addressed, but not worth getting into. If this was based STRICTLY on the service we received from Erik, he would actually get a 10 out of 5! He was friendly and professional and most importantly not pushy! I would DEFINITELY do business with him again. The only reason this didn’t get a 5 overall was due to the time spent there and the car wasn’t even clean. I expected better than what we got and since we test drove it immediately and were paying cash, it shouldn’t have taken anywhere near 4 hours for the transaction. (My daughter bought a new car last night from a different dealer and financed it and we were only there for 2 hours and a lot more was done!) I would definitely shop there again, and without a doubt I would ask for Erik to help us. More
