I was super pleased with our experience at Wilde Honda. Troy helped us, and from the moment I met him, I knew he wasn't just out for a sale--he wanted to help us find the right car. He wasn't thrown by the fact that I was in a wheelchair and that trunk space was important to me and my husband. Once we picked out a car, he walked us through the paperwork and processes, clearly understanding what he was doing and answering all of our questions, while just being fun to be around. He also detailed the car since the detailers had gone home that day. He could have just handed us a coupon to come back for it. We appreciated his effort and the convenience. We spent less time with Skylar, and he knew we had been waiting for a while, so he tried to move through things quickly, but still with giving us the time to understand what we were signing. He, too, was exceptionally friendly and fun to talk with. The dealership, by far, has more of a welcoming feel than other dealerships I've been to.
