I had a terrible experience at Wilde East Towne Honda. Showed me a car Nissan Rogue that was super glued together. Not sure how they would even try to sell a car like that to someone. Lex was very helpful in arranging cars for test drives and having them ready to go. He was knowledgeable about the various features and made the experience enjoyable. I was interested in the car at the listed price and they offered services I was not interested in or valued. I have owned many Hondas. They are very reliable. I was not interested in paying in advance for services I may not use. Based on my experience, I did not need them. This process extended the duration it took to finalize sale. Overall still happy with the sale and love the car but would have scored them higher if I didn't have to go through the process of declining the services I was not interested in. More
