Purchase of Honda 2014 CRV We were very happy with the service we received from Matt. He was professional in every respect, and most thoughtful and friendly. He did everything he could to make our experience a great one! Also, we thought the video was a truly unique and personal touch. We loved it! One item that we thought could use some improvement was that the experience took very long, like 3 1/2 hours. This seemed quite excessive, considering we were cash buyers and had our car picked out on the internet before we arrived at the dealership. The other thing is that they could at least make sure the tank is 1/4 full with gas. We had a 1 1/2 hour drive home and had to stop for gas because we were running on fumes. More

Buying a used vehicle We bought our first wilde motors vehicle yesterday. Our experience was quite plesant. We stopped in and looked a a newer vehicle to thier lot. It was saftey checked but was not cleaned to be put out on the lot. We were the first to get a look at this vehicle. Some cleaning was needed before we could go any further in rhe buying process so our sales person and sales manager arranged for the vehicle to be cleaned so we could see a clean vehicle before makeing any decisions. We returned later in the evening and found the vehicle to be washed and waxed some of the detailimg was done so we could see a clean vehicle. Everyone at the dealership graciously staied late so we could finish the deal and make it possible for us to take our new vehicle home that night. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with and we will definitely return for our next vehicle. Our sales person worked quick and was a pleasure to talk to. The buying process is not nearly as bad as it was years ago. All vehiclea are price very competitively. More

This was my 14th car purchase from a Wilde brand dealership since 1987. As it was with all the others, it was easy fast and painless. One thing about Wilde is that they always have the inventory on the ground ready to go. I've worked with their Dodge, Honda and their former Pontiac Cadillac/Jaguar stores. All a similar experience and they are obviously working to have a seamless experience from dealership to dealership. If I want something and its a brand they have a store for, I will go to them first. They also keep dealerships in the city I live which means a lot when going for service. The bottom line is always price, and you don't give that up to get what they offer. Price is always at market or below. New cars are more complicated than ever, but they still take whatever extended time is needed to go over the electronics, aps etc. that the new owner has to learn. As before I know they will be there after the sale too for anything I need. More
