They have an absolutely sorry parts department. There is was seems to be 1 guy there on Saturdays, when I called to place an order he sounded as if I was the biggest inconvenience in his life. He told me “I have to pull the parts pluck them up around 1 o’clock today I will have them at will call” I arrived at the dealership right at 1 o’clock just to find that they closed at noon. I understand if you don’t want to do your job, but don’t lie to a customer. Especially a shop, I won’t be buying anything from them anymore for sure! More
Needed an oil change on my GMC truck. I arrived at the service dept on 5/17/23, 4:15. I stood there in front of two service advisors. The female was on the phone and never acknowledged my presence. The gentleman was doing some paperwork and also never acknowledged my presence. So I asked him if I can get an oil change. He gave me a very rude yes and looked like I was annoying him. Then he walked away and never returned. Finally after 15 minutes another female advisor walked up and asked me have I been helped. She was very pleasant, but informed me that they were booked up and could accommodate me today. So I had to try to make it to another dealership. If that rude gentleman had informed me of the originally I would not have been rushed to make it to another dealership. More
I took my vehicle in for service because of a small water leak on the driver side door. They replaced 2 seals and charged me $600. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle they were charging me $900 because of leak on the driver side door. They replaced 2 seals and charged me $600. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle they were charging me $900 because of what they said was a billing error. I wasn’t happy but I paid and took my vehicle. Two days later it rained and my floor was full of water. I took the vehicle back and told them to keep the vehicle all week, to make sure they actually fixed it this time. A week passes and I pick up the vehicle. I pull out of the service center and roll down the window and the window falls out of the door they had been working on. All of this happened in mid May. It is now the end of September, my vehicle had been there 8 different times for the same issue and it still isn’t fixed. It’s sitting in their service department as I write this review. The service center is almost comically horrible. I will never be back and because of the service here I have turned 6 people away from this dealership and they purchased somewhere else. More
Brittany Brawley is my service person at Wiesner. She is awesome. To replace the lifters in my Yukon took a month. My extended warranty company was the problem. The service department at Wiesner has ruined the entire dealership for me. If you have a problem with your vehicle aviod this place like they have the plague. The old days of dealerships having mechanics, dealership for me. If you have a problem with your vehicle aviod this place like they have the plague. The old days of dealerships having mechanics, who could diagnose as well as fix a problem, are long gone. Mechanics have been replaced with cheaper "techs" who are nothing more than part changers. If they can't plug their computer into your car and it tell them what the problem is, well you're just out of luck. Wiesner is a shining example of this. More

Don’t buy anything aftermarket from this place I’ve had issues with my running boards since the day we bought my Yukon. The first time they covered the part/labor. The next time I take It to them t I’ve had issues with my running boards since the day we bought my Yukon. The first time they covered the part/labor. The next time I take It to them to look at (not including the 3 times we had it fixed somewhere else) they tell me the gear broke from impact (I guess My son stepping on it getting out of the car) it worked at one stop and not the next. They tell me it’s all covered under warranty only to come back and tell me it’s not, then told me they would cover it all this time and then comes and ask me to pay $125 labor cost so he doesn’t get in trouble for covering it. A car that is a year old and $70,000 shouldn’t be having all these problems on one side of the car. Should have kept the Infiniti, those guys are spot on!!!! More
Service department is unresponsive I purchased a new 2018 Denali Sierra truck about 4 weeks ago. During the test drive I noticed the satellite radio frequently had reception problems. The salesman, Vince Taylor, assured me that the issue would be fixed. I felt confident about that statement because I had the same issue with my King Ranch F150 and Planet Ford on 45 immediately fixed the problem. So I purchased the Denali truck that day. When I returned 1 1/2 weeks later the service department were completely clueless and to this date have continued to give me excuses and the run around. Basically, I have been told to live with it. My advice to anyone thinking of doing business with this dealership is to Run don't walk from Wisner Buick GMC dealership. More
Worst service rep has ever had in 10 plus yrs My name is Mark Sapien ,Had appt to get oil chg and tire repair , was told by Bill Marquis / Jon Scott weisner it would take 1 1/2 hrs so I waited and My name is Mark Sapien ,Had appt to get oil chg and tire repair , was told by Bill Marquis / Jon Scott weisner it would take 1 1/2 hrs so I waited and at 3 1/2 hrs was finally able to leave with my vehicle ,the attitude of Scott weisner was deplorable ,he got in my face and stood within 1ft or less while finally checking out this was the worst customer svc ever received by your dealership. We have purchased at least 3 veh through through your dealership and has all of them svc there throughout our contracts. More
