Service department is unresponsive I purchased a new 2018 Denali Sierra truck about 4 weeks ago. During the test drive I noticed the satellite radio frequently had reception problems. I purchased a new 2018 Denali Sierra truck about 4 weeks ago. During the test drive I noticed the satellite radio frequently had reception problems. The salesman, Vince Taylor, assured me that the issue would be fixed. I felt confident about that statement because I had the same issue with my King Ranch F150 and Planet Ford on 45 immediately fixed the problem. So I purchased the Denali truck that day. When I returned 1 1/2 weeks later the service department were completely clueless and to this date have continued to give me excuses and the run around. Basically, I have been told to live with it. My advice to anyone thinking of doing business with this dealership is to Run don't walk from Wisner Buick GMC dealership. More
