Easy Transaction Found a car online I was interested in and visited the lot to see it for myself. A manager was driving it at the time but I test drove one similar and we agreed upon a price for the one I came about under the assumption that we would not have a deal if I didn't like it on sight. When I arrived the next day to pick it up as scheduled, it was washed and detailed and my salesman (Marc Carrera) insisted that I test drive before completing the last bit of paperwork, All members of the dealership were easy to deal with. Great service and ease of purchase with Wiesner GMC I just purchased a new 2019 GMC Canyon from Wiesner GMC after being given the run around at a dealership closer to my house. At that dealership I cou I just purchased a new 2019 GMC Canyon from Wiesner GMC after being given the run around at a dealership closer to my house. At that dealership I could not get them to give me a price or spend any time with me putting together an order for a new truck. It seemed to me that they were not interested in selling me a truck if it was not already on the lot. So I called up Wiesner GMC and sent them the build sheet that I put together on the GMC website. We had a couple emails back and forth and the truck was ordered. I asked them what they needed from me to get the truck ordered and they said nothing. They would just order it just the way I wanted it and call me when it was in. Since it was an ordered vehicle we did not know what the exact price would be as rebates would be applied based on the date I picked up the truck not the date ordered. However the Wiesner salesman was able to tell me the formula we would use to arrive that the final price. We easily agreed on the formula and the truck was ordered. Certainly a good experience working with the people at Wiesner Thanks! More

No longer a car buying customer. Went to the dealership late Thursday evening to inquire about a particular vehicle that I was interested in. They worked up the deal But I had a vehicle I wanted to trade and I didn’t have it with me. So I brought the trade in the next day and had it appraised then came back with an offer which, in my opinion, was low. So I went back to work. Then I called the salesman a little later and asked whether they can come off the vehicle price or give me more for my trade-in. I told the salesman I would come buy the vehicle tonight. He called me back and said no we can’t deal I said that’s it “no counter offer, nothing”? He said, let me talk to manager & I’ll call you back. He called me back and left a message and said I have some numbers or something like that so I went in after work. I caught the salesman on the way out the door going home.We went back to his desk and he told me that the deal from the night before was a deal for that night and that night only because of a certificate that they get from General Motors they use for an extra thousand dollars off. He continued “So, if you want that vehicle now, it’s going to be $1000 more”. So in a nut shell I couldn’t even buy the vehicle for what they offered me 24 hours ago. If they would’ve told me that they were using a certificate and that if I didn’t buy it that night that it was going to go up $1000, I wouldn’t be writing this review right now because I would’ve had a clear understanding. However, the salesman knew that I was leaving and coming back the next day with a trade. I was a lloyal customer since 1992 and I haven’t bought a new Vehicle from any other dealership in 25+ years. I walked out that night thinking WOW! Walked in on Thursday night a lifelong customer and walked out Friday night looking for a new dealership. More
