We had purchased a 2009 Chevrolet Avaleache at the Wiesner dealership in Huntsville, Texas. We had the vehicle serviced at the Wiesner dealership in Conroe since that time because we had purchased and Wiesner dealership in Huntsville, Texas. We had the vehicle serviced at the Wiesner dealership in Conroe since that time because we had purchased and moved to the Graystone Hills subdivision in 2009. Maegan became the guardian of service to the Avalanche and 2009 Corvette that we own, and was there to help us from Day One! We had envisioned purchasing a future vehicle from the Conroe dealership because of the service provided through Maegan. She was moved from the GMC service area to manage the Hyundai section several months ago. We did not particulary want to lose Maegan for our service person, but we understood the move. We were assigned to work with another employee in service named Luis, and he was a three time your out striker. We were qucikly assigned to Sabrina who is much like Maegan. We have been very satisfied with the service provided by Sabrina. It was unfortunate that the very day we came in and purchased our 2013 Yukon, and went to visit Maegan to show our purchase, and check on our daughter's Hyundai, that we had learned that Maegan had been fired from the dealership shortly before we arrived. Our thoughts were we had made a mistake in purchasing a car at Wiesner any maybe would have going up the road a mile or two to purchase a car at Buckelew Chevrolet. It is obvious that whatever management staff is currently in place at Weisner does not directly interface with the public to meet our needs. The interfacing is through the service staff such as Sabrina and Maegan. More
I had recently purchased a car from Wiesner in Conroe and discovered that I did not have the tire lock key to my tires. I went in without an appointment and was told I would have approximately a two hour discovered that I did not have the tire lock key to my tires. I went in without an appointment and was told I would have approximately a two hour wait. I had places I needed to be but also needed to have that taken care of so said that I would wait. I had barely sat down in the customer lounge when Karen Walton came up to me and introduced herself as a Customer Care Specialist. She said that she had been made aware of my plight and had secured a courtesy car for me to use while they worked on my car. She was very attentive, professional, friendly and efficient. She went way above any customer service I have received before. She made sure I was comfortable in the car and gave me her number in case I had any questions while I had the car. She made it possible for me to keep my appointments and made my experience at the service center one of the best I have ever had. Thank you Karen! More
We saw an Avalanche advertised on the internet at this dealership, when we went in it was a bait and switch. They claimed the price was a typo and would not honor the price. When I tried to complain higher up the ladder, they would not return my call. Very bad tactic. We walked out and will never deal with this dealership again. I have talked to other dealerships that said they should have honored an advertised price. Shame on them. Just a tactic to get you in there. Beware of their advertised prices. More

They went out of their way to make this the most transparent process and their pricing was awesome. So when it came time to trade in his old truck and my car and get us down to two vehicles we decided to try Wiesner again. I had noticed that the atmosphere was different from other places. It was very professional yet there was a peace about the place. And as a Christian I felt that the dealership and the people that worked with us and for us were of the highest integrity and service minded. I would highly recomment Wiesner to all I know. More

I went in to buy a new vehicle and ended up leaving with what they called a new vehicle with 1400 miles on it and many other small cosmetic issues. My contract I was told for whatever reason had to state t what they called a new vehicle with 1400 miles on it and many other small cosmetic issues. My contract I was told for whatever reason had to state that this car had more than 2000 miles which is shady if you ask me, cause in reality it only had 1400 miles. I went in the weekend before Thanksgiving and it's 12/3/12 and I have another appt. at the dealership tomorrow to try to resolve the issue yet again. I was contacted today and assured that someone with the ability to fix this would give me a call. That didn't happen. The back of the driver seat is not connected, the vehichle has 4 scratches,one speaker rattles, after it was detailed I found mud in the car and a french frie. Really? Well I will rate them again tomorrow and talk more about tomorrows visit. I would really just like a new, clean and properly functioning car, afterall when it's all said and done I will pay $47,000.00 for this new car. More
