Outstanding Customer Service I looked at Ford, Dodge and then GMC. I needed a new truck and I have had very good luck with my last (5) Ford vehicles. Bad service Took my Buick enclave to have some repairs done decided that I may want to trade it in and after two phone calls I still could not get an appraised v Took my Buick enclave to have some repairs done decided that I may want to trade it in and after two phone calls I still could not get an appraised value on the vehicle so I had the repairs done they tried to charge me for things that did not need to be fixed then when I went to pay the cashier was very rude in telling me that they didd not accept checks over $200. ( they don't mind taking a down payment check over $200) after many years of buying cars and loyalty to their service dept I'm done. More

The environment is structured with refreshments and amenities that make customers feel welcomed and comfortable. We never felt pressured or rushed at any point during our car purchase considerations and our schedule was accommodated very well. We would like to thank Missy Wagner once again for all the time she spent with us and always accommodating our our needs and concerns during our vehicle introduction process. It is always a pleasure to interact with a professional who is very knowledgeable of the product she represents! We also want to thank her for being so patient with us and for taking the time to make sure all of our questions were addressed. Mr. Teer was not informed by the other dealership about the problems to be serviced. Mr. Teer made all the arrangements necessary in order to get the truck in safe condition for my daughter to drive. Horrible experience! Purchased a brand new 2015 Yukon XL did not know it had water damage. Through a leak through the roof. Timely repairs I went in for routine maintenance. My vehicle had a few recall notices. The wait time would have been longer than I could have stood for so a courte I went in for routine maintenance. My vehicle had a few recall notices. The wait time would have been longer than I could have stood for so a courtesy car ( which was relatively brand new) was loaned to me during the interim. I was told to expect my car to be ready the following day but I got a call late in the afternoon that the work had been done and it was ready for pick up. More
